BEACH FRONT GULF SIDE, huge decks and Ocean Views! Newly remodeled, like new!

This is our favorite house of any we have stayed at. It was well stocked with anything we needed. Great location, with a wonderful wrap around porch, including one on the west side to watch sunsets. We hope to stay here every year and have no desire to look at any other homes.

Bright, clean, peaceful home steps from beach. All was as described in listing- what I’d add: Comfortable beds and linens, plenty of hot water, and good water pressure in showers. Area felt very safe. Our favorite meal was pirates pizza and wings.

This is a fantastic beach house. The wrap-around porch allows you to enjoy great views and enjoy the outdoors without being in the sand. Outdoor furniture is provided and is very comfortable. Additionally, there are beach chairs provided for when it's time to put your toes in the sand; the beach is only one house away. No need to haul a cooler and everything down to the beach; you can just pop back into the house and grab what you need. The home is updated and very clean. Decor is light and airy, and there are plenty of places to sit in the seating area. The flooring and rugs are easy to keep clean during your stay. The kitchen is stocked with most of the pots, pans, etc., you'd have at home. Just stop at the grocery on your way to the house, or have your groceries delivered. There is a laundry closet with W/D in case you need to run a load during your stay. Don't forget to bring detergent. The king-sized bed in the master is extremely comfortable. We got great sleep. The master bath is lovely with a jetted tub. Our kids enjoyed their own rooms and having their own Jack and Jill bathroom. We will absolutely be back!

The host was fantastic and very responsive to all of our requests, and check-in was seamless. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the house was spotless. The sunrise and sunset views were absolutely breathtaking. Although it was a bit cool in January, we still enjoyed daily walks along the beach. We were lucky enough to see dolphins every morning, some swimming remarkably close to the shoreline. Overall, it was a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of heavily commercialized living.

This is a great property, right on the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook our own meals. There was a coffee maker but we never found any coffee of K cups to use. It would have been nice to know to bring our own, but it was no big deal. We can not wait to come back.

A wonderful experience from booking to check out. The host was responsive, helpful and answered any questions prior to the trip. Be home was beautiful, with an airy beach vibe. Well stocked kitchen. The half bath in the hall was a great bonus. And OMG to the massive kitchen window looking out to the water, best morning coffee ever! And the deck was accessible from the dining room, bedroom, and even the master bath ... so returning from the beach was easy to rinse off with the hose outside the master bath or at the base of the stairs and then walk straight into the bathroom. This home provided everything we were looking for for a peaceful, quiet, restful vacation. And bonus it was decorated with obvious care, and included a welcome guide with helpful information about the Island, grocery deliveries, things to do I would absolutely stay in this home again and look forward to a return.

House was clean and neat. Had everything we needed to cook. Bedt was being right on the beach.

Great choice for 2 families. We only used the master, but there was a nice second bedroom and a third with bunk beds. Nice huge deck and kitchen well stocked with equipment to prepare anything. Having previously stayed bayside, gulfside is much better. We like the sound of the waves and lack of mosquitoes was highly preferable!

Location was convenient to the beach. House was recently renovated. Still a few areas for improvement, but over all it was in good shape. Could have been a little cleaner, but given it is a dog-friendly beach house it was satisfactory. Dauphin Island is a good location if you want away from the crowds and commercialization.

I stayed here last year and again this year, I just love the house and the privacy you have right on the beach, the house is set up where you won’t need anything it’s all there.easy to enter the house you don’t have to check into any office.cant wait until next year.thank you

Great locations, easy check and communication. Beach chairs and toys were a plus. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had a good stock for cooking. Would stay here again.

Great stay. Clean, up to date home. Great views and very close to beach so easy walk out to the beach each day. Well stocked kitchen. Very nice to have six beach chairs and so many beach toys for the kids.

Our favorite house on the island so far. This was our 4th trip. Kitchen is well stocked and everything was perfect. Had an AC problem the 2nd day but it was fixed within 2 hours of contacting the homeowner. Excellent hosts!!

This is our 4th time on the island. Property was beautiful and conveniently located. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. We had a wonderful stay!

The house is well suited for two couples (with a couple of young kids) or an entire family. Kitchen has plenty of pots/pans, utensils, plates, glasses, toasters and so on. Photos represent the property accurately. We’d encourage visitors to walk about a mile west and explore the undeveloped end of the island. Likewise, check out the bird sanctuary. The ferry to Gulf Shores area is fun.

The property was fabulous! Very well-appointed kitchen and home with a beautiful interior, lots of windows and doors for sunshine, hearing the ocean and feeling the breeze. Great proximity to the ocean and beach. Quiet neighbors. Great location for waking or biking to the West End beach.

We were very pleased with our visit to Dauphin Island and the property that we had rented. When we arrived, there was a little problem with the house we had originally rented. The owner resolve the problem quickly by offering us the property next door which was larger and right on the beach.

Our family had a wonderful time here. So quiet and peaceful. The location was beautiful. The owner communicated quickly and answered our questions quickly. This place is absolutely amazing. We cooked every meal here and the kitchen was fully stocked and made it a joy to cook. The beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay again!!

This was the perfect location for low key, quiet rest. I’m looking at coming back in 6 months.

The house is absolutely beautiful. Right on the beach. Loved the huge porch and the bright and beautiful open concept of the house. We spent a good amount of time on the beach and playing in the gulf. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Every morning we got to wake up seeing dolphins, having our morning coffee-which was amazing. We couldn't have asked for anything more. We did have to leave one day early due to hurricane Helene, but that couldn't be helped. Dauphin island itself is a beautiful place. We would definitely love to come back

Great place to stay at Dauphin Island. House was clean and exceeded our needs. Mrs. West was kind and checked in to make sure everything was fine upon our arrival. Steps from the beach with dolphin views from the kitchen window. We plan to stay here again.

Our stay here was wonderful! The house was as listed and had wonderful ocean views. Literally steps from the ocean. Plenty of kitchen appliances, toiletries, blankets, etc.This was perfect for us and our kids. We will definitely be back to this location!

Beautiful remolded home sitting right on the private beach which is right outside the front door, the home is lovely and has everything you need, I will recommend this beach house to anyone wanting some private family time.easy checking in right there on the property so you don’t have any office to check into for the keys.they are quick to respond to you for any reason .Last note I will vacation here again.
