⭐Beach Front-Gulf Front Pool-Shores Townhome 116⭐

My friends and I built this property for a weekend away. The first night I woke up in the middle of the night and it was so hot and obvious the air wasn’t working properly. I called the management company the next morning and got a run around and then noticed two portable air-conditioning units in the closet, signaling that the air conditioner has been a problem in the past. I then called VRBO and dealt with the property manager who was incredibly rude and when I insisted to know a time someone would come to install the portable unit she just kept saying today. They eventually got a contractor out who installed the portable units and then decided they would send someone to try to repair the air because it had been damaged by water or something along those lines because again this has clearly been an issue in the past. I spent the morning dealing with these issues instead of being on the beach with my friends. The air conditioner was fixed in the afternoon but we were checking out the next day. The unit itself is nice and the location is wonderful, but I would not rent this place if you are going during the hot summer months.

We had a fantastic stay at this beachfront townhome! The location couldn’t have been better — literally right in front of the beach, with gorgeous views and just a few steps to the sand. It was also super easy to access from the main road, and having both Aldi and Publix close by made grocery runs quick and convenient.The house itself was very clean, well maintained, and felt like a home away from home. Everything was just as described, and we appreciated the attention to detail. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-located beach getaway!

The townhouses are old but they've done a great job with recent exterior renovations. This unit has been beautifully upgraded as well.

This property was not as advertised. The central AC is not functional, and in the dead of summer it was terrible. There was no communication about this fact ahead of time, so we found out when we got there and there were portable acs in all the rooms. The first night the house was extremely hot, 80 degrees upstairs and 80% humidity. This made for unsafe sleeeping conditions for our toddler, so we had to find an alternate place to stay. We called to let them know and the property manager said it was so hot because the portable ax was blowing hot air back into the room. The fix for the was to tape it in place to blow out the window, but the tape came undone in a couple of hours. We tried to fix it again with more tape but The top bedroom was impossible to use. One of the portable ACs is also leaking water all over the floor and has caused mold. Although the property manager said this was new, there were plastic containers set out to try and catch the water. We were told this was an issue with all the townhomes, but speaking with other guests no one else seemed to have a problem. We have stayed at other townhomes in this complex and never had an issue. this is not what we expected at all and are very disappointed. I would not recommend staying here or working with realjoy vacations.

Overall our stay was blissful. The location was superb and peaceful. Right on the beach! Not too close to heavy traffic or noisy travelers. The beach being private meant low beach traffic and a peaceful day. The townhome itself was the perfect size for my family. The master bed/bath upstairs has had some great updates. The downstairs living/kitchen/2 bedroom areas could use some updates with furniture and moldings. The back patio could also use updated with paint and furniture. Upon arrival the bottom floor floors were very sandy, doorbell didn’t work, living room light didn’t have a switch, and a few lightbulbs were out. Overall none of these are things that would prevent me from booking here again. Will definitely keep this property in mind the next time we decide to vacation to PCB.

Beach access was great house was infested with roaches bad contacted property manager multiple times they waited until two days before our 7 day stay was over to offer to move us very dissatisfied with how it was all handled and the roach situation!

This townhome was perfectly decorated and seemed to be pretty clean. There were a couple of roaches in the kitchen that we saw and one dead one by the back door. Maybe some pest control would be good. Other than that the location and home was perfect.
