Beach Front Family Fun House - PET FRIENDLY Truly walking distance to everything

This was an awesome place to stay ! The view was amazing ! The location and the amenities were great for our family w/2 dogs. They have gates for every exit. You don't have to go anywhere for entertainment it's all at the house & beach. The host was very easy to work with and excellent at quick communication.

This home sits on a beautiful spot oceanfront. The view and access to the beach are amazing. The host was helpful, flexible and communicative. Perfect spot to celebrate my mom’s 80th birthday.

Beautiful views right on the beach! The house was comfortable and cozy. This was our 2nd stay at this property. Our family loved the game room and stunning views. The fireplace added even more coziness. Our host had everything ready for us and easy instructions. He was great!

Perfect location on the beach and quick walk to downtown

Brandon was a great host, getting right back to us with all of our questions. And he was super accommodating with all of our requests!

Perfect location, master bed frame was broken and we were sleeping at an angle. Extra blankets in downstairs laundry room required washing before use.

Access to the beach is amazing! 12 steps from the back door to the sand. View of the ocean is wonderful! The house needs some updates. Certain things felt old but not in a cool vintage way...just worn out. New owners though, so maybe they'll update the house. We enjoyed our stay. I would book it again.

All about location and view. House is dilapidated but has potential with work. Probably should be pulled from rental until brought up to a higher standard. Broken games, furniture beyond worn, water heater is weak. Upstairs rooms nice but downstairs needs improvement.

Wow. The view!!!! What an amazing place. The beach access was incredible. We came with two small dogs , there were gates at every exit so they didn’t escape.

Family, kite flying, whale watching, wave jumping, FUN times, and memories made! We loved our time together. The location is excellent, but we were disappointed in the downstairs smell and cleanliness. Many items need significant attention and repair. If the owners would like more details, we would happily speak with them. Being together and enjoying four days mostly outside in September with excellent weather was amazing. A win!

Location is excellent! On the beach and close ro amenities. House could stand to be updated. Octagon shape not ideal.

This property has brand new hosts who were responsive and came over right away when we reported an issue. One of the porch steps was rotted through and broke under my husband, which was concerning, though they fixed it promptly. The house itself needs quite a bit of TLC and updating, but the view and beach access are absolutely supreme. With continued care from the new hosts (who were AMAZING btw), this place could really shine.

Great ocean view and location! We loved being able to let our kids play on the beach while we made dinner and we could see them! Seeing the ocean first thing in the morning with our coffee was also amazing!

This home is used and abused. It is obvious that the owner rents this out on location alone. Almost everything in the home is falling apart, musty smelling, rusting. No attention to upkeep what so ever. The spot on the beach is prime and the homes only saving grace. We just thought of it as camping in an old broken house on a perfect beach spot. If you can take it as just that then you can enjoy a beautiful beach. Location is it!!

Great place to be with Family!

The location of the house is perfect. The house needs a lot of work. I prefer to stay someplace cleaner and nicer more amenities. We could never figure out the master bathroom shower so it was a bath. You had to bathe downstairs in a 1970 shower that points at your chest and the downstairs stinks quite a bit, not too sure about the cleanliness of the downstairs But the location of the house is perfect. The beach is great and that is why you go the furniture in the house is old and you know I just like to stay someplace nicer.

Perfect location—something for everyone.

We really enjoyed our vacation at this beach house. If you want fancy, skip this. If you want clean, comfy and a great location, we highly recommend.

If beach access is your goal, it’s hard to beat this location. The pictures don’t lie. The neighboring houses are farther back from the coast, so your views are completely unobstructed.

My father is in stage four cancer and our family needed to breathe.I was able to arrange for his younger sister to come out from Wisconsin as they hadn’t seen each other in many years. My auntie had never seen the ocean in person. We surprise dad with his sister and her with the ocean. She cried when she saw the ocean and her and dad both sobbed when they saw each other. Coincidentally my daughter’s boyfriend who is 21 had never seen the ocean either as he had grown up in various foster care homes in eastern Washington. For two nights, we made a great escape from the heaviness of reality. We got to stay up late playing games and old country music in the game room and enjoy breakfast in the morning looking at the incredible view just off the back deck. It felt like we could touch Haystack Rock! We knew on our second day that we wish we were staying more than two nights so I contacted the owners. The generosity, kindness, and love shown by our hosts will never be forgotten. We were able to stay two more nights. Although there were plenty of tears shed, the laughter, love and happy memories far outweighed any sadness. Three generations of family spending quality time together without any distractions. Seeing my dad, laughing and singing and telling funny stories at this beautiful beach house will forever be among my most precious memories. You must book this home and experience the billion dollar view and the ability to relax, reset, breathe and heal.

We stayed on this property over Thanksgiving and really enjoyed ourselves! Our host was incredible! He was very responsive to all of my questions and very easy to talk to! Super nice gentleman! The house is cozy and has the best view you can get at Pacific City. The beach is right out the door! Pelican Pub is just down the street! We had a great time here!

Our group of friends had a great stay at Nathan's. The location is fantastic, short walk to the market and Pelican Brewing, along with amazing beach front view. Kitchen had all the essentials, and the place was very clean up on arrival. Nathan was great with clear communication and check-in/check-out instructions. We had a great stay, and would stay there again!

This is a great beach house, nothing fancy. Great location & right on the beach.

Very comfortable and beautiful view. Love that it is pet friendly and owner was flexible with check in and check out times. We stayed 2 nights and the view and weather were amazing. Look for whales out frint!

Outstanding. Right on the beach. Lots of room. Beach toys for the kids. Pool table/ping pong table. Nathan is great to work with, Have been coming for 7 years and plan to return again next year.

3 grandkids from the east coast, their parents, my wife and I had a wonderful time. We wish we had booked more days at this location.

Our family has stayed at the Sand Dollar every summer for 10+years. We love the view! It’s a five minute walk to restaurants, gift shops and more.

Although the location of this beach house couldn’t be better the bathrooms were totally inadequate. The main bathroom had no usable counter space and the shower was moldy. It took three adults to figure out how to turn on the shower.

The large wrap around deck facing the ocean was a consistent place our family spent much of our time, it was an unobstructed view of the ocean, and we were able to watch surfers, sunsets, and storms. The owner was communicative and kind and the shared living space upstairs was wonderful for meals, games, and conversations.
