Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

1-the parking was a nightmare and my tahoe now has dings from everyone hitting it with their doors and the trashcans that the other attendants banged into it. 2-air did not work in two of the rooms 3- none of the fans worked to help out with it. 4-the smell was insane in the kitchen 5-the fridge would not stay shut and our food was ruined from being opened all day the first day. 6-the ice maker did not work 7-so much trash under the house we had to clean it up so the kids could safely walk through it 8-the other attendants kept putting their trash cans in front of our vehicles so i had to move them when needing to get out. 9-the only exit out of the house was through TWO bedrooms which sucked for the ones wanting to sleep in. there really should be steps from the second level like the other properties. 10-the PRIVATE BEACH was NOT private at all and we had to fight with the condos next door every day because they set chairs up and NO ONE set in them. so everyone was stacked in a small area of the beach in front of OUR building. it was RIDICULOUS this was the biggest waste of $3000+ that i have ever spent through VRBO. what was so irritating was that you would send someone out and they would say that it didnt smell. the 1st came after I just mopped the floor after driving 9 hrs. the 2nd smelled it and about threw up and i guess no one listened to him. the 3rd came after I cooked some Bacon to get rid of the smell and he said he could not smell anything.

The location of this house is awesome! I don’t think you can get any closer to the beach And the ocean! However, there were a few things with the house that were less than ideal. One of the major issues with the house that my family had, was the fact that you could not access the beach without going through the rooms on the bottom floor. The walkway beside the townhomes is private, and requires a code, so that’s not really an option. This is not very ideal when you want to go to the beach early in the morning and you have people still sleeping. Another major issue is the fact that you can only get to the back bedroom on the bottom floor by going through the first bedroom. These two rooms are connected and should really be advertised as just one suite. It’s not very private, and to say that it’s two rooms is a little misleading. There is a window unit for the air conditioner in the bottom floors, and the door needs to really be remained open between the rooms so the back room can get air. Also, in the bottom floor rooms, there were bugs in the walls. It looked as though they had made nest with sand and dirt, and there are holes in the walls and the ceiling with bugs that come out. We realized that if we didn’t disturb them, they would, not come out of the holes, but the rental company should really do some thing about those. I noticed some of the other reviews have complained about the parking. The parking is very tight and the spaces are very narrow.

The house is great right on the beach. The only issue is the oven takes forever to cook food & the refrigerator doesn’t close unless you slam it. But everything else was great would definitely come back again

The location of this rental was great. There are some things that were not detailed in the description of the house that are important. Most importantly, there is no central air in the two basement bedrooms. We visited in March, so we needed heat. The basement was Close to 60° for the two basement bedrooms. Additionally, there’s only a TV in two bedrooms not all four. You had to walk through one bedroom in the basement to get to the second bedroom which can be awkward for group vacation. We were without Internet for the first 24 hours, without TV for the first 48 hours. The rental company was very responsive but I think the owner of the condo needs to make some improvements. The comforters provided for the bed were essentially thin as a top sheet. There was one extra blanket in the whole house. Access to the beach is through a bedroom. So there is not communal access to outside. If you would like communal access, you have to walk out and around the house to get to the beach.

Cons: The parking situation is less than ideal. You must park at at 45 degree downward angle and the all the parking spots are extremely close together. This makes getting in and out very difficult. The ONLY beach access is through two bedrooms. Tracking in sand directly into a bedroom and walking through someone’s private space is extremely annoying. Many of the outlets did not work and both of the bedrooms facing the beach don’t have good A/C leaving us to use several fans to sleep. The furniture and some duvets are old making the condo feel dirty. Some of the vents had what looked like mold, could have just been dirt but resembled mold. The vents in the floor on the third floor bedrooms are not secured and could be completely lifted out of the floor. Things to note: The first floor of the condo is air conditioned by a window unit. The toilet on the main floor would sometimes flush, some times it wouldn’t. The walls are fairly dirty, definitely could use a fresh coat of paint. The refrigerator door would not shut properly, you had to really push. If traveling with kids that can access the fridge this is an issue. Pros: Bathrooms were clean. Beautiful view. Right on the beach.

The location is PERFECT. With other close neighbors or was pretty quiet, didn’t hear a lot of noise. Beach and water the most beautiful we’ve ever saw. The place was not clean. My grandson finding cigarettes, fruit loops, water bottles, etc under beds and couches. One of the beds downstairs was broken and wasn’t even made when we arrived, didn’t have sheets or comforter on it. The plug in on the kitchen looks like a fire hazard. The air in the main bedroom upstairs didn’t keep the room cool, we burnt up every night. The outlet beside the right side of the bed doesn’t work. The balcony out the back had trash everywhere from the previous renters and water toys, shoes, umbrellas just everywhere. Had to walk over all the things people had left behind. Parking was awful. Parking on an incline, have to use emergency brake every time you park, you can’t see the road to back out into due to neighbors cars. It was a nightmare.

My family and I absolutely loved the condo, location. It was perfect for my family and right on the beach! Only complaint we have is the parking. Two large SUVs don’t fit well. But we had awesome neighbors that let us take turns parking behind each other and moving if someone needed to leave. Made all our parking situation so much better.
