This cozy two-story home perches above the beach., and is surrounded by MORE , Burton Baker, and then the tip of Indian Neck, where the conservation area expands out into the bay! It's summer in Wellfleet, sand between your toes, salty air, swimming, relaxing, Cape Cod living!

Step up to the first floor which opens to a remodeled kitchen, leading into the open area of the living/dining area, comfortable seating, allowing for family gatherings, meals, large open area faces the water, sliding doors to that view! This floor also features a bathroom.

Two different stairways lead upstairs, one is the spiral. All four bedrooms and the second beautifully updated bathroom are on the second floor. The main bedroom looks out on the sparkling waters of Wellfleet bay. Open the slider from this bedroom and step out on the gorgeous upstairs deck, which has a small wicker sofa, patio chairs and a table. Watch the day go by, relax and watch the sunset from up high. The view is truly spectacular! Relax in the evening, with the panoramic view of the Wellfleet harbor. watch the sea birds, read your book, smell the fresh salty air! The other bedrooms on the upper level are comfortable, and feature rustic style Cape Cod touches.
