Beach Front Cottage at Molokai Villas

Cottage was perfect! Beautiful and cozy place to spend the week. Deck and views were amazing. Beach and the gulf were steps away and there were plenty of chairs, noodles and toys. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked and there were plenty of books for a nice quiet evening. Ron was a pleasure to have a host and made sure we had everything that we needed. Great week and can’t wait to go back.

This is our third stay for family of 6. We had a wonderful time! Fully stocked house and an amazing host as usual!

The hosts were very accommodating, had information for restaurants and attractions for the area! The house was great and had everything we needed. The deck was wonderful because on windy days we could still sit out and enjoy the sunshine. Having the beach right outside was a god send! It was like a little slice of heaven!

The host was very informative and checked to make sure we had all we needed. The home was decorated very nicely and made us feel at home and cozy. The beach was wonderful with its white soft sand and a good spot for shells and sand dollars. Pretty much had it to ourselves all week. Several places to go eat near by whether it is in Peridido Beach or Orange Beach. Really recommend this beach home.

We had the very best week with family. The communication was top notch along with having access to everything we needed.. which meant less to pack and bring along. Very clean, easily accessible and beautiful view!

This rental experience was the best we have ever had. The hosts were wonderful and wanted us to have the best visit. Their home was exactly as described and pictured. Exceeded our expectations!!! Will book again very soon.

Beautiful property with all the comforts of home and then some. Nice sized patio with umbrella and great view of the Gulf. Boardwalk just steps from your door straight to the beach. Storage unit downstairs for all your beach gear/bikes and covered parking. Pool and fishing wharf across the street with amazing sunset. Restaurants and shopping nearby. We will definitely be back!

Felt at home, comfortable beds, kitchen and fridge fully stocked with everything needed. Excellent communication while checking in/out. Beautiful view of ocean. Close walk to pool and beach. Very relaxing. Enjoyed the smart TV's. Has tons of books and games.

We enjoyed this beach home so much! The pictures are accurate. It is quaint and tastefully decorated. I especially liked the dimmer switches and night lights already placed around the home. We always bring some and didn’t even need them. The beach was not too crowded (except 7/4 but that was to be expected) and it’s not a long walk from the house at all. We loved sitting on the deck and listening to the waves crash. Definitely a place we would return to and we have never been able to say that!!

This cottage in Perdido Key was an absolute gem! The 3 bedroom, 2 ½ bathroom setup was perfect for our family of 5. From the moment we stepped inside the home, it blew us away with the beachy décor that was visible in every room. House was spotless from end to end. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beach chairs were provided in the cottage storage room down below, which also had plenty of beach toys for younger kids. Check-in was easy and convenient. Owners were always attentive and ready to answer any questions we had during our 7-day stay. The views from your private deck overlooking the beachfront were absolutely amazing! The master BR also had these same amazing oceanfront views to wake up to. We also used the shared swimming pool across the road on the sound side several times, which was clean, refreshing and provided a break from the beach. We had several restaurants to choose from that were close by or could easily drive to Orange Beach/Gulf Shores to take in other activities (The Wharf was really cool)! Upon arrival, the owners provided a list of places to eat, shopping, and other fun activities the area had to offer. We took their suggestion of eating at “The Fisherman’s Corner” on our last night, and it was incredible! The cottage is well designed to make you feel right at home as soon as you walk in. If you are truly looking for a place that fits the perfect definition of a “beach home”, this cottage in Perdido Key is the one you want!

Wonderful beach cottage! A week here is not long enough! Beach is great and was not over crowded. Very close to Orange Beach, AL and lots of great restaurants. Super clean, well stocked, and communication with owner was excellent. Highly recommend!!

Our family of 4 with 2 young kiddos thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We had the white sand beach pretty much to ourselves, easy walk, clean, a little chilly in March but awesome waters. Ron was a fantastic host that wanted to make sure we were taken care of. The house itself was beautiful and stocked as if an actual family used it (vs just as a rental) - high quality pans, tupperware, condiments, spices, hooks everywhere, solid internet connection, streaming apps, beach chairs, and plenty of beach toys. We'd definitely stay again!

Awesome property. Awesome host. Awesome vacation. Can’t get any better than that! Probably one of the best vacation rentals we have ever rented. And we have been doing so for a long time. Wonderful experience.

Except for the weather everything was perfect! Everyone wants to make this our beach place. The location is awesome, beach accessories were plentiful and, because we like to cook, the well equipped kitchen was a pleasure!
