The property was way more than i had expected! It was big for our family while we got away from the hurricane. It was open & had everything & more! Very comforting we all loved it!!

As pictured and easy walking distance to town

What a charming, spacious home, ideal for us to escape some winter weather back home. The kitchen and bathrooms were generously stocked with the basics as well as some nice extras like condiments, seasonings, and wax paper/plastic wrap/aluminum foil. Communication with the host was easy and prompt. The location is ideal, close enough to walk downtown and to the beach but also quiet. The bicycles provided were perfect for an easy ride around town or to the beach.

We loved the house! It was clean, had plenty of towels, had 4 bikes ( which we rode all over old Ocean Springs), had a nice yard with a fenced dog run and was convenient to many popular spots.

We had a great stay here. Mimi was very responsive to any of our questions and needs and very easy to contact. First of all the house is in a great location, on a private dead end street. It's an easy walk to downtown Ocean Springs and to all the restaurants and shops. In addition the Lazy Oak Bistreaux is at the end of the same street as the house, and it has great breakfast food and sandwiches. The house is very clean and the layout is good providing privacy for all guest. The living room and dining room areas are very spacious and comfortable with plenty of seating. We have already book next year!

The house is adorable and huge. The main living room is very spacious and there’s an additional gathering room off the back. Everything was clean, plenty of towels, dishes, coffee etc… Host even had umbrellas at the ready by the back door.

Great location, close to Washington Ave and Government Street for shopping and dining. We got on the bikes and rode to the beach. Check in was a breeze. We had a great time and will be back.

This was a great location for the Songwriters Festival - walking distance to most of the venues, shopping and the beach. We used the bikes several times to get around. The house was so cozy and comfortable - I can tell it is well loved and cared for. Mimi, our host, was always available when I called or texted and was very accommodating. Thinking of going back with the grandkids!

This was our first visit to Ocean Springs for our son's wedding at the Walter Anderson Museum. This home is in a wonderful location and is well appointed. The description is accurate, and Mimi is a very attentive and responsive host. She went out of her way to find something I'd ordered for the wedding that didn't arrive so I would have it. We even had a chance to enjoy riding the bikes she provided on our last day there after the wedding.

Our girls trip was great. Mimi a was super host with excellent communication. We walked to many of the nearby restaurants and the beach. Everything we needed was provided. Coffee supplies, spices, kitchen supplies, games. The place was great.The bikes need a little repair, so we weren’t able to use them. That is easily fixed though!

We had a lovely stay at Mimi's property in Ocean Springs. The location is great and the house is cozy and comfortable and has all the amenities one could need for a great stay! We were traveling with a 5 year old and he loved his stay as well. The big sofa in the lounge was perfect to relax and unwind on after a day in the sun. My son loved building forts around the big sofa and playing in the living room. The patio is perfect and the kitchen is well stocked. The downtown is a short stroll away and made even easier with the bikes. Best of all, Mimi was the best host ever- communicative, kind, considerate and thoughtful. Highly recommend!

We’ve vacationed at this property several times and it just gets better with each stay!!! The house is just right, very comfortable, has everything you could ever need, the beds are great, the kitchen well stocked, all the little niceties in place so all you have to do are a bring your clothes. The location can’t be beat. Walkable to all the local attractions including restaurants, boutiques, art galleries, and the beach!! The host, Mimi, is delightful to deal with and always available should you have a question. Of all the rentals we’ve stayed in over the years, this is our favorite!!

The owner, Mimi was super sweet and made the process so simple. The house was adorable and very clean. also the beds were very comfortable.We were fairly close to Downtown which made things easier since we spent most of our time there. Would recommend staying here for your next trip to Ocean Springs… we will definitely stay there again.

The Host was absolutely phenomenal! I brought my Mom and disabled bother on vacation for Mother’s Day and had a great stay. The handle cap rails and walk-in shower were perfect, plus the wheelchair rap worked perfect! Great location in downtown. Perfect little cul-de-sac and the neighbors were great. Loved the private living room off the master bedroom. Perfect get away vacation home!

We all loved staying here. Mimi is an excellent host. The location is close to downtown Ocean Springs and an easy drive over to the beaches/casinos, not very far from I-10, and we felt safe. Very clean. Beds were comfortable, everything was in working order, and the home is generously and well stocked with supplies (spices/cookware, towels, etc.). Living room was large enough for the 6 of us to relax comfortably. There are TVs in living room and all bedrooms. Internet speed was very good. The bikes were great and some of our party rode every day. There is a cute outdoor seating area in the back. We definitely will recommend to anyone we know going to the area and if we return, we hope to stay again with Mimi.

We’ve stayed in this ocean Springs gem several times and it never disappoints!! Everything about this home is just perfect! The house is well stocked and very comfortable making you feel right at home. The location puts everything you need within a short stroll including the beach front, terrific restaurants and the cute downtown shopping district. The casinos are a few minutes drive over Biloxi Bay bridge with fabulous coastal views. Mimi, the host, has thought of everything inside the home with a well-equipped kitchen, laundry, comfy beds and a great outdoor patio area with grill. We absolutely love this charming home!!!

Not only is Mimi providing a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house but there’s all the extras. Washer and dryer. Everything you need to cook meals. 4 bikes. Umbrellas for rain. Patio with a grill. And walk a few blocks to downtown or the beach. Such a great spot!

This home offered much more than we expected. We had a group of over 65 - 95 women and on man. We played cards until late hours and laughed so much it hurt.We cooked and enjoyed this home immensely. We enjoyed this quiet neighborhood and its proximity to the beach and to the downtown area of Ocean Springs. We were concerned about the nearby railway, but it wasn’t noticeable. The hostess is very attentive, however everything was in order and we didn’t need her except to access the property and to say, “good bye.”

The host was very friendly, responsive and flexible. The house was comfortable, well stocked and in a great location. We could ride the bikes to the beach for an added plus!

When we look for a gathering place for our family for the holidays, comfort is key. The home not only has great beds, but plenty of couch space to watch football together. We enjoyed the games, the outdoor living space, and the oven cooked our turkey evenly too!

This place will always be special to me. I fell in love with the house as soon as I walked in. The property manager also made check in a breeze and was helpful with directions and location.

My husband and I, along with our chocolate lab, Tug, came down to explore Ocean Springs over Labor Day weekend. We absolutely loved this little Gulf Coast town! And Mimi’s place is in the perfect location to explore everything! The house is one level, and on a quiet dead end street, in close proximity to great shops and restaurants. It has a private courtyard out back, and also a ramp coming in/out of the living room to the courtyard for anyone with mobility issues, making it a wonderful place that can accommodate everyone in the family. Mimi is a terrific host and she has thought of just about everything that will help make one’s stay more comfortable. Very well stocked kitchen too! We loved it and look forward to coming back soon! We can’t say enough positive things about Mimi’s place other than it’s wonderful!
