We loved staying at this home. It was clean, roomy, and had everything you needed for a great vacation. The pool was fantastic and had plenty of seating and a nice outdoor grill. We also appreciated the two seating areas in the home. It was also in a great location within walking distance to both public beach access points and some delicious restaurants and shopping area. We highly recommend this property!

The home itself was well equipped with everything needed. Having bikes, beach carts and beach chairs present to use was great. The pool was fabulous! One downside was the public beach access was farther than anticipated. The resorts line the beachfront at the end of the street and you need to trek several blocks to get to the public beach access. Looking at the map of the property we thought the beach access would be much closer. Also, needing to do laundry of the house linens prior to leaving or risk being charged is not a policy we have ever needed to follow. With a cleaning service this should be included. Overall a good house, and we enjoyed our stay!

This home was so clean and nice. We compared this property to others and decided on it due to the pictures of the pool area and it didn't disappoint. The pool area is where we spent most the week and really enjoyed ourselves. If we return to Marco Island, we will definitely stay at this location again. We had one interaction with the property manager the night we arrived (very late) and had trouble getting in the home. They returned my call immediately and let me know how to get in. I was not expecting them to be available like that late on a Saturday so I was very pleased. Overall 5 stars all the way around.

We had a very nice time staying here. We loved the home, the pool and location. There are several great restaurant within walking distance. Doreen's for breakfast and Da Vinci's for dinner. The home furnishings were comfortable and we enjoyed the pool inflatables and having access to bikes and coolers. A few improvements would be: 1) to check/clean the pool 2x per week. It started to turn green mid-week and then at the end of week. The pool service worker indicated there was no chlorine when he came on Thursday and he shocked the pool. 2) stock the home with more essentials. You'll need to buy garbage bags, toilet paper, dish soap, etc. for your week stay. 3) you'll do several loads of laundry the second to last day because the sheets alone for the bedrooms take up the two free loads the day of move out. We didn't expect to have to do this on a week vacation to avoid charges. Other places we've stayed did not require this and make for a more enjoyable vacation.

The property itself was awesome. Location was great. House was spacious. Amenities (bicycles, beach gear) were an unexpected but welcomed surprise. Our group had three minor issues with the stay. On their own, no huge deal, but all three together put a little bit of a damper on the trip. 1. The temperature of the house. The welcome packet said not to turn the air down past 72 and most people found it comfortable at 76. They said if the air went below 72 the system would freeze up. I briefly lived in Florida and have rented multiple houses, I've never done it heard of this. I also can vouch 100% that 72 was very uncomfortable. Our group had trouble sleeping at night because everyone was sweating. 2. Bugs. Obviously in Florida you deal with more insects than you do up north, however this seemed a bit more aggressive. We had little fruit flies everywhere and found a couple of Tony bugs crawling in the bathroom and even found two in the shower. 3. The pool temperature and cleanliness. When we arrived the pool did not look like it has been cleaned in some time. We found the pool net and scooped what we could. After two days the water was looking a little 'filmy' and when we opened the chlorine dispenser we discovered it was completely empty. We checked in Saturday and the pool cleaner came out Thursday. He asked how it was going and we told him about the dirt and that the water felt pretty cool. He said that the heater was not working and that he could not access it. For the warm temperature in the house I thought the cool pool water was pleasant, but some of the ladies in our group did not use it because of the temperature. I'm not blaming any of this on the property management. As I said all were minor issues and we never thought any were big enough of a deal to call in and complain or have them come out to fix it. We only had a week and wanted to focus 100% on rest and relaxation, not dealing with the company and/or a maintenance man. Overall I enjoyed the stay and found the home adequate. I would definitely return to Marco, but for the price, would probably find a different house next time.

We've been to Marco many times, but this was the first time renting a house. Wow! The floor plan was fantastic- a master suite on the left side of the house, complete with a walk in closet, and jack-n-jill vanity areas. Loved that you could access the lanai directly from the master bedroom! Through the front door, you can walk right through the large living room, straight to the lanai, with a huge pool and 6 lounges and an outdoor BBQ. If you don't run straight to the lanai, you will walk past a dining room area (we preferred to eat at the dining table on the lanai, also with 6 seats). You'd pass a full laundry off the garage, and be pleasantly surprised with the well-stocked kitchen with all new appliances and granite counters + a bar top with 4 bar stools. The cabinets were better stocked than the condos we've stayed in, and had some spices, salt, pepper, even coffee, plus plenty of dishes (stoneware and plastic) and silverware. Pass the kitchen and go into the family room, or into the short hallway that leads to 2 more bedrooms and a bath. I forgot to mention a smaller sitting room just to the left of the front door. We laughingly called this my conservatory, because I was able to set up a music stand and play my flute away from the others! Cable TVs were in the conservatory, each bedroom, the main living room and the family room, all with cords neatly hidden. The garage housed tons of pool toys and floaties for all ages, as well as 4 bikes and 1 bike lock could serve two bikes at once. The best part was that the house was about the 4th house from Collier, across from the Marco Resort property- which means you really aren't far from the beach at all. A short walk (5 minutes?) puts you at the South Public Beach access. Or, you could drive a minute and park at the public lot (be early, it fills). The beach rental company with the green and yellow umbrellas rents 2 chairs and a beach umbrella for half what the Blue and white company does, and though the umbrellas are a bit tattered, who cares? They get the job done! The home was exceptionally clean, and help was very responsive when we couldn't figure out the fan control (they work in tandem with wall controls, which we didn't realize). The maintenance personnel didn't make us feel stupid for such overlooking that detail! This was, hands down, the best vacation we've had together as a family with 5 adults- and we are certain to choose this property again, soon!

Loved the stay. Beautiful warm pool and great floor plan for 8. Kitchen supplies could be better but overall a great stay near the beach.
