What an amazing property that is as advertised. The pictures are accurate. The location, space and cleanliness were great features but the best thing about this place is Rich and the Warren Beach Rentals team. Rich is a wealth of knowledge about all things in the area and beyond. Will definitely be back.

Amazing house, comfortable, great pool, beautiful beach!

The amenities at Beach Buzz provided much enjoyment and entertainment during our vacation week. The layout for living and sleeping was perfect for our kids and grandkids. Warren Beach Rentals was prompt as usual in responding to our needs. This was our third year using WBR, and we plan to be steady customers. Thanks for a great experience!

Beautiful property! Enough room for 21 of us, 10 adults, 11 children. We had everything we could possibly need. The kids loved going from the beach to our own private pool. The pool was on the small side, but they all fit just fine. We totally enjoyed staying at this beach house.

We enjoyed our stay very much! This was first time to stay in the west area of PC and it was great. Overall the house was as described and also the pictures were accurate. The house was clean and in an area that was easy to get in and out of. Loved the theatre room, perfect for a cozy date night or a family fun night watching a movie. The outside patio area was nice and roomy with plenty of seating and entertainment. The only issues we had with the house was (1) the elevator did not work half the time and when it did it was extremely slow, we used the stairs except for unloading and loading. I got stuck one time but the property manager came out and showed us what to do if it happened again. (2) whenever you opened the door to the ice machine in the kitchen, ice spilled out in the floor. (3) We paid the optional fee for the hot tub/pool heating but the property manager had to be sent a message each time you wanted the hot tub turned on or off or the temperature changed, otherwise the hot tub came on automatically at 5 PM and ran a few hours before shutting off.

Words cannot describe how wonderful this house was and that it was an ideal fit for our family. We have vacationed on 30A for years, but the price and crowds ran us out. This year i spoke with Mitch and he assured me I would LOVE this home, and boy was he right. There are so many amenities with the home we just felt like we were at a resort, the home was elegant and spacious and tremendously functional. The star of the show was the huge, uncrowded beach on the West end of PCB about 5 miles from Inlet Beach, so we were close enough to go over and do all of the restaurants that we enjoy in our annual beach pilgrimage. The heated pool, and the outdoor space was just a blessing. The kids were up early (never happens on a school day) to hit it hard for the day. This home was BY FAR the best beach vacation we have had to the area, and we are sold on this home and the area. ALREADY on the books for 2026!

Beach Buzz was amazing—gulf-front views, super clean, and perfectly located! Warren Beach Rentals made everything smooth and stress-free. Can’t wait to return!

Beautiful home. Very up to date. All bedrooms have nice bathroom/showers. Fantastic home theater area to wind down. Very relaxing backyard area with pool and lounging area. Couldn’t have asked for better accommodations.

Amazing House with great amenitities!

We had a great stay at Beach Buzz. There was so much to do outside that the kids enjoyed it and it made life more convenient for us adults. Lots of sleeping space, held our 3 families fine and would hold more easily. The kids loved the pirate ship bunk room upstairs. The master is HUGE, and the bar and fridge downstairs by the pool saved us lots of trips. Elevator for luggage which was nice. It was one of the cleaner and more well maintained beach properties we have vacationed at. Will be back for sure!
