Stayed Jul 12, 2025Very good location. Clean house nice pool close to beach. Emenities are not great. No grill. Broken coffee maker. Patio creiling fan dosent work. Evan is a nice young man but not very helpful. We locked ourselves out of the house and his answer was for us to call a locksmith. No thanks to him, we found a locksmith open at 6pm, and 200 later we got back in. Evan came over a couple days later with a key ( the house has a combination dead bolt but we made the mistake of locking the door handle from inside before leaving- it needs a key that was not originally supplied. Sanbel is great, house location is very good, furniture is ok. No towel racks or toilet paper dispensers - it was just redone so im sure they will resolve these things. We went two weeks without patio fan despite mentioning it to evan on day 2. Overall its a good house that just needs some finishings- especially the patio ceiling fan this time of year and TP dispensers.

Stayed Jul 5, 2025We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The home was clean, freshly updated, and felt very well maintained. It was spacious, with three comfortable bedrooms, and the pool area was a great spot to relax. The host was responsive and helpful—answering questions promptly and even sending over a few extra hangers when we needed them. A great place to stay!

Stayed Apr 12, 2025We had an amazing long stay at this beautiful home on Sanibel. This property was spotless, spacious, and equipped with the things we need for a family vacation.The layout of the house was perfect for our family – plenty of room for everyone to spread out and unwind. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and conveniently located near the beach (5 minute walk).The host was responsive and helpful, making check-in and communication smooth and stress-free.We would stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located home on Sanibel.
