In this upscale three story house with carriage house, overlooking the Pacific Ocean, you`ll find excellent ocean views, all high-end stainless appliances in the gourmet kitchen, pass-through gas fireplace, WIFI, 98 Smart TV with 7.1 surround sound and full outside deck with BBQ, and Eight-person hot tub. Share time with friends and loved ones in the living room relaxing in front of a roaring fire or just staring at the ocean.

Enjoy morning coffee on the wrap around deck overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The Ocean Esplanade, a broad path all along the bluffs` edges, surrounds the neighborhood. This home gazes above the Esplanade out to sea. Benches crafted from trees on site are grouped at points along the Esplanade for resting, chatting with friends, and gazing out to sea. The homes face the Esplanade with the front door from the glassed-in living room. The Esplanade encircles the neighborhood, flows into a future footbridge spanning the southern glen, and leads down beach stairs to the dunes below; to public beach access and miles of sandy beaches. Watch the kids build sand castles and run along the surf, enjoy the sunshine while you stroll along the beach. In the evening, watch the sunset and marvel at the magnificent stars-filled skies. Enjoy winter storms in comfort. You won`t want to leave.

The 1st level (basement) is a game room with a 98 Smart TV with surround sound.

Laundry room, full bathroom and bunk bed room with two sets of bunks completes this level.

On the 2nd floor (ground level floor) is the living room with ocean view and gas fireplace for those stormy nights, the dining area and a kitchen in which any chef would love to prepare a meal. A full bathroom and one bedroom with Queen Bed are located on this floor.

On the 3rd level is the Primary Suite with a king bed, a private deck with a full view of the beach and a full Primary ensuite Bath. A second bedroom with a Queen bed can also be found on this floor. The Queen bedroom has a private full bathroom and ocean view. This floor also includes an additional washer and dryer.

Carriage House is above the detached garage with a Queen Bed, full bathroom, kitchenette and balcony with a view of the ocean.
