This newly renovated four-bedroom, two bath cozy home is enough space for the whole family! You will enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook up something sweet! Each bedroom has a smart TV to enjoy. Outside you will enjoy a seating area for hanging out or having dinner, a fire pit, a large yard for games, outdoor shower for after the beach and a propane grill for some great food!

You will have complete, private access to everything in the home.

I am here for you during your stay, or I can be invisible. It`s up to you. If needed, I`m on a phone call/message away. You will be able to self checkin upon arrival.

Flagler Beach is a retro town with salty style. Friendly residents and open-air restaurants set the stage for a laid-back afternoon.

Enjoy Flagler Beach`s eclectic shops, surfing, a classic fishing pier and a six-mile-plus stretch of spectacular ocean views – with free access to the beach.

Gaze at the ocean from rooftop cafes while listening to the music of local musicians.

The natural island environment is still a secret to many, but once you put your feet in the sand of Flagler Beach, you’ll feel like a native.

There is enough parking for three cars in the driveway and plenty of street parking nearby. We provide guests with 4 beach cruisers and a pull behind wagon to enjoy the area! The beach is also within walking distance as are most restaurants.

Please note - There is a $50 fee for an early check-in or late check-out if we are able to accommodate. We do not allow more than an hour early check-in or an more than an hour late check-out. Please inquire about early check-in or late check-out at the time of booking as cleanings are scheduled when the booking happens and cannot be re-scheduled.

Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your
details through Know Your Guest.
You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or
buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage
waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a
booking.

Pet Policy:
One dog under 50 lbs allowed with a $175 non-refundable fee. Pets must not be left alone unless kenneled, and are not allowed on furniture. Guests must clean up the yard during their stay. Additional cleaning or damage fees may apply.

Refund Policy
All refunds are subject to a non-refundable 3.9% processing fee (per Stripe’s policy).
