Stayed May 31, 2025It was not the fault of the property owner but the renters before us did some damage and we could not check in for the first 3 days. This was not a great experience but not an issue w/the property, more the property management company who put us in a not similar property for 3 days. Overall the home was very nice and what we expected. It's in a great location and has a solid fence in the back yard. Very close to many activities. Quiet area.

Stayed Mar 18, 2025We were really looking forward to having the hot tub, it is why the property was chosen. My father was with me and has some muscle issues and would have really benefited and been able to enjoy his vacation more had he had access to the hot tub. We contacted to have it fixed as it seemed the heater unit in the hot tub was not working and it was never fixed or followed up on with us as to why they were unable to get it fixed while we were there.

Stayed Dec 26, 2024The house was clean except some pillow cases which we just washed and they were good. The landscaping in the back could use some attention. The weeks were growing up past the grill and weeds coming through the deck. The hot tub was very nice to have on the colder nights, would stay there again

Stayed Oct 8, 2024We had to get out of the path of Hurricane Milton and the property manager with Southern was able to make a few exceptions to the pet policy for the situation. We can’t thank them enough.

Stayed Oct 10, 2024Beautiful, clean home that’s conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants, entertainment attractions. Check in/out process was seamless. The hot tub was a nice addition that allowed for relaxing evenings.
