Beach Blessings - A Large Family Home w/ Private Beach Access and Pet Friendly

Beautiful house and neighborhood but a bit of a walk for older people. I would like to recommend more than 1 bath towel per person when staying a week! And the bed on first floor really needs replaced. I felt very safe there and the people in the neighborhood were very friendly. There were 12 of us and we had plenty of room!

We loved this property! The neighborhood was beautiful and everyone was so friendly. We chatted with several in passing, and it was such a great area to stay in for families. The beach was just a short distance and an easy walk. If you are a family who likes to cook a lot of your meals, you may want to bring an extra pan or two to cook with. We enjoy dining in, and we had slim pickings with cookware. Other than that, this house was absolutely perfect! We will definitely consider renting here again!

We had 10 people in our group and the house was large enough. A short walk to the pool and a short walk to the beach. But I definitely reccommend renting the golf cart. There was a maintenance issue with the air conditioning and maintenance was sent roght away. We would rent again

Our stay at Beach Blessings was one to remember! The house was beautiful and clean. There was plenty of space for all of us. The property managers were quick to respond when we had a question. The walk to the beach was not far (about 8 minutes), and we loved the pickleball courts in the neighborhood! We would definitely stay here again!

Property accommodated our family well. Pool & beach are a short walk. Overall property cleanliness & condition need some attention, but are adequate. Main microphone doesn't work & some light bulbs are burned out. Some patio furniture is in poor condition. The antigravity chair is unsafe to use due to broken support straps.

House was absolutely perfect. It was my family and my brother's family. The coffee bar/icebox in the master suite is genius. I get up super early and was worried about waking others up in the house. With the coffee maker righ there was no waking others. There was a hiccup and when we reached out to Ryan he was on top of it and got it taken care. We used the grill several times and we adults were all very happy about not having to use charcoal or having to go trade in tanks. We are already planning for next year.

We drove down from Ohio to Destin for spring break and we were so happy with our stay at Beach Blessings! It was even better than the listing described! Our family had plenty of room to spread out here, and the back yard was a great space for the dogs too. YouTube TV in all the rooms. The beds and bedding were clean and comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and there is a second fridge/freezer in the garage. I would recommend bringing your own spices if you are planning to cook. We rented the golf cart which made getting around fun and easy. The pool is a nice size for the kids to play, and we enjoyed the pickleball and basketball courts. Previous renters have left some beach toys but I also recommend bringing your own chairs/umbrellas or renting at the beach. We will definitely be coming back in the future!!

House was nice. Had a few problems with HVAC but was fixed the next day. The property had a golf cart and was great for getting to the beach. I would recommend this house!

We had the best trip! The house is as advertised and beautifully maintained. They had everything we needed and it was a quick walk to the private beach access. The property owner was easy to reach if we had questions and our teen girls loved the bunk room! Would definitely stay again.
