Stayed Jun 28, 2025This property was prefect for our family vacation. Dee was very helpful and provided excellent communication before and throughout the stay. Close enough to the beach if you had to walk back to the house for anything. Very quiet and away from all the traffic. If you are looking for a nice place to stay, look no further than this property right here.

Stayed Jun 14, 2025Location is key, easily accessible to public beach and right off the main road. Home is spacious and is as described. Nice neighbors, quiet neighborhood - other than the traffic on the main road. Owner makes himself available to help with any need, keeps good communication.

Stayed Apr 12, 2025We had a wonderful time. The fully equipped kitchen was perfect for cooking meals. The beds were very comfortable! The pool was amazing, perfect for our family of 4. The walk to the beach was very short. We also loved eating lunch on the balcony. I would definitely recommend staying here! The property owner was easy to get in touch with and communicated very quickly.

Stayed Aug 29, 2024Location to the beach as well as the area was perfect. We are very familiar with PCB and prefer to stay away from the hustle and crowds. Property overall was in good order with a few exceptions. Rules / Regulations were a little overwhelming as we are seasoned VRBO travelers and would never think of some of the stuff relating to fines, etc. Again great location, easy access to grocery, stores, restaurants and amusement. Would return in the future.

Stayed Mar 30, 2024The house was laid out wonderfully with plenty of bathrooms and beds. The location to the beach is wonderful! We enjoyed our week there.

Stayed Oct 12, 2023Just a block from beach access. Beaches were not crowded. Lively bars in the neighborhood can be distracting at night on the weekends. Pool deck has numerous loose bricks which aren't safe. Kitchen was semi equipped with essentials. No cleaning supplies provided other than dish soap. Owner did respond to our issues quickly. Overall we enjoyed our stay but we will not stay here next year.
