Beach Access Across the Street!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was in a great location and the interior was well maintained. The pool was nice but the outdoor furniture was in poor condition and some pieces were broken. There also was some “junk” laying around the pool such as broken skimmers, toys and completely burned candles.The kitchen needed some additional equipment.

WiFi is terrrble and not having a TV in every room was a small drawback however you go to HHI for the beach and you can beat this location!

Second time coming to this particular house. We love this area and the acess to the bench. We have several littles and it makes getting to the beach easy. Unfortunately, as our grankids get bigger we are going to have to find a larger house with better sleeping quarters.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the worst vacation that we have been on. I have pictures of the absolute filth in this house. This was not the property we rented and the house was not cleaned nor was the property maintained. The air conditioning broke during our stay. The pool was filthy on top of the plaster wearing away to the point of almost being plain gray concrete. Palmetto Dunes contacted us 3 hours from SC to inform us we have been upgraded because the house we originally rented was having driveway work. Meanwhile we booked in May of 2021 our stay was October 1. Needless to say this was not an upgrade it was a downgrade and miserable. I will be posting all my pictures of the filth of this property. For the amount of money we paid I feel like you all should be a shamed and make this right for myself and my family.

However, being 3rd row you certainly experience the insects far more than oceanfront.

Loved the pool and the easy beach access right across the street. We named the little alligator who visited our dock, Edgar. We think he was looking for a handout, but we abided by the law and did NOT feed him. It was really cool to see him on several days while fishing from the dock. Loved the seclusion and quietness of this property at the end of Mooring Buoy.
