Located just 300 m from the famous Cormier beach, in a peaceful street, this 110 m² house is south-facing on a closed and secure plot of 200 m². With 4 bedrooms, this accommodation can welcome up to 8 adults and 2 children.



The house comprises a comfortable living room with TV lounge area, a dining space convertible into a pool table, a semi-open kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances so you feel at home: induction hob, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker and Senseo, toaster, kettle and multi-function food processor. An independent toilet and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer complete the ground floor.



On the night side, the house has 4 bedrooms on the upper floor:

Bedroom 1: suite with a King Size bed (180x200) and its shower room

Bedroom 2: a Queen Size bed (160x200)

Bedroom 3: 2 single trundle beds (80x200) inseparable

Bedroom 4: a double bed (140x200) and a double bunk bed (140x200)



A bathroom with double sink, bathtub and shower, as well as a separate toilet, is also located upstairs.



You will be able to secure your bicycles on the side of the house and park up to 2 cars under the carport. Additional spaces are available free of charge just in front of the house.
