This large family style home is on the corner of Via Deluna Drive and Panferio Drive on Pensacola Beach sound side. This house has a pier (shared with one other home) leading to the bayside and short walk to the Gulf. VERY close to fun and restaurants you can walk to or take the free trolley.
Relax on the swing on the front porch or have a snack on the back porch picnic table. Kids can play basketball or at the park right across the street.

Stayed Sep 8, 2025My family had a wonderful stay at this home! Proximity to restaurants was fantastic (we loved the Native Cafe!) The pier in the backyard we enjoyed every day! Would absolutely return on our next trip to Pensacola!100% would recommend!

Stayed May 8, 2025The host was very accommodating! The house was in a great location, we got to enjoy the bay with a shared dock and we were a short walk to the beach. The cons: house could use a deep cleaning and internet was spotty.

Stayed Dec 23, 2024The house was a perfect fit for the family. Even had a large recliner in one bedroom for Grandma. No internet during our stay. Unable to watch big football games together. Other than that, the place was a great stay.

Stayed Sep 5, 2024My family has stayed at this house more times than I can count. The host is very easy to contact and super helpful. It’s close to all the best parts of the beach. Walking distance to the Paradise and the best bushwhacker on the beach! It’s our favorite place to stay!!

Stayed May 3, 2024A group of us who have been friends since elementary and middle school all got together to celebrate one of us turning 50. The location of the house was walking distance to almost all of the restaurants all of the shops. We had the best time on the beach. The house had plenty of room. We prepared most of our meals and the table was big enough for us all to sit down and break bread together we played cards. We did not watch television at all. We are already talking about the next time we get together this house again.
