Welcome to your coastal home away from home! Kick back on the cosy lounge and soak up stunning bay views—perfect for morning coffees or evening sunsets.

Our newly renovated kitchen has everything you need to feel right at home. Enjoy the convenience of an Aldi coffee machine, a full set of cookware, wine and champagne glasses, as well as a selection of condiments, herbs, and pantry essentials. All plates, bowls, and cutlery are provided.

The central bathroom includes a separate shower and toilet for added convenience.

Please note: The ground and upper floors are connected only by an external staircase (as shown in the outdoor photos)—there is no internal access between levels.

Downstairs Retreat:
Ideal for grandparents or a second family, the lower level comfortably sleeps 2 guests with a sofa bed, TV, table, shower, and toilet. There’s also a BBQ area with outdoor seating, perfect for relaxed dinners after a day at the beach.

Laundry:
A separate laundry area includes a washing machine, sink, and ample space for drying clothes.

Location Perks:
Just a 10–15 minute walk (or a few minutes by car) to the foreshore. You’re also within walking distance to the base of Arthur’s Seat, making it an ideal spot for nature lovers and sightseers alike.

Our beach home is full of personality and has been lovingly updated over time, as seen in our photos. That said, please note that it retains some of its original, older-home charm—something we hope you’ll appreciate during your stay!

A security camera monitors the driveway only, for your peace of mind.

Secure off-street parking for up to 4 vehicles is available. Please be cautious on the long and steep driveway.

Professionally cleaned before every stay, with fresh linen provided.

    Lovely tidy cute home ! Check in with Stayz was a nightmare but no fault of the owner and they went above and beyond to fix issue . Shower in house bathroom needs a mat in the shower as it’s slippery & clothes line would have been helpful . View from lounge room is spectacular! A

    Thanks! Excellent. Highly suited to our group of 3 couples especially with the downstairs section with the extra bathroom. Driveway not an issue for us. Good location for the wedding that we attended and close to the tourist sites we had planned. Without doubt beautiful view across Port Phillip Bay...loved the misty silhouette of Melbourne city floating in the sea. Dishwasher would have been good and had to be careful with the steep entrance steps. Lighting however was good.

    Nice two-storey weatherboard house at end of quiet cul-de-sac with fantastic uninterrupted view of the Bay from the main living area and balcony.
