* Guests must be at least 25 years old to book
* Rental agreement and guest registration form required at time of booking
* Photo ID required prior to check-in
* No smoking, parties, or events permitted
* Free high-speed Wi-Fi
* Exterior security cameras in use (no interior recording)
* Bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels provided
* A starter supply of essentials is provided for your arrival, including: 1–2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, and travel-size toiletries. Additional supplies are the responsibility of the guest.
Check In: Check in for arriving guest will be 4:00pm.

Check Out: Check out for departing guests will be 10:00am.

Early/Late check in/out may be available with enough notice and an additional charge.


THE PRIMARY GUEST MUST OCCUPY THE PROPERTY FOR THE ENTIRE DURATION OF THE STAY.
Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the property! Please dispose of cigarette butts safely and do not leave them on the grounds of the property. IF YOU OR ANY OF YOUR GUESTS SMOKE INSIDE OF THE PROPERTY, A $500 FEE WILL BE ASSESSED. PRIMARY GUEST IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL COSTS INCURRED WITH DAMAGES AND MITIGATION IF COSTS EXCEED $500.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS OF ANY KIND are to be held at this property. Unauthorized parties or events will be assessed a $500 FINE.
MAX NUMBER OF GUEST ALLOWED is 4. NO overnight guest other than those listed on your guest registration when your reservation was made. If you have guests other than those listed, the guest will be asked to leave, and you will be FINED $100 per guest that is not listed on your registration.
ALL GUESTS are subject to removal from the property by Property Management for violating ANY terms of this agreement. NO REFUNDS will be given.
PROPERTY IS EQUIPPED WITH LIVE, EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERAS.
Pets are permitted. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $500 FINE.
The City of Bay St. Louis asks for QUIET HOURS to be between 10:00pm – 8:00am. This means NO loud music or high-energy activity outside during these hours.
NO sandy shoes inside the property. Please remove your shoes prior to entry. There is a hose provided outside to rinse sandy clothing and shoes off.
DO NOT move furniture. No inside furniture is to be moved outside. No outside furniture is to be moved inside.
NO wet towels or clothing items on any of the furniture, beds, hardwood floors or carpet/rugs.
When away from the property, set the thermostat at 77 degrees in the summer and 68 degrees in the winter.
DO NOT park in the grass or on the side of the road. ONLY park in the driveway.
NO trailers, boats or RV’s are permitted.
Any loss/damages are to be reported IMMEDIATELY. You are responsible for any loss or damage to items, apart from normal wear-and-tear items like light bulbs, etc. ANY damages or missing items during your visit will forfeit or be deducted from your deposit.
I give permission to the property manager to use a third party to verify my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam folder for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.

    Great location, very clean and presented. Particularly enjoyed the enclosed porch with views of the Gulf, perfect to relax and enjoy a good book. A lovely, peaceful and relaxing break and the local restaurants were good too.

    We had an amazing stay here. It was myself, husband & our 7 year old autistic daughter. This was a perfect size place for us. We really enjoyed sitting on the screened in patio every day. We would def stay here again.

    This was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway for my family of 3. It is located within walking distance to the beach, and minutes away from all the sites to see/ places to eat. Bay St. Louis is a laid back place, and we will be back. The only downside with this property is the size. It has one bed (felt like a double) but the couch slept fine. It only has 1 bathroom, as stated in the listing. Pros: Great location, clean, has every amenity needed. Cons: The yard needs some upkeep, and single bedroom/ bath, as stated in the listing. The neighbor has a large boat for sale partially blocking the view, but hopefully not for long.

    My husband & I enjoyed our stay at the Bayside Bungalow in Bay St. Louis. The weather was a little cool in December to fully take advantage of the spacious screened-in porch and the outdoor sitting area around the fire pit. The house has offers a beautiful leather sectional with plenty of blankets to curl up & watch a movie. The house is quipped with a modern farmhouse sink in the kitchen with updated appliances. The bathroom offers a backlit mirror with a fog-less option and updated shower. The bedroom is big enough to get around the bed with two night side tables and chest of drawers to store your belongings. We enjoyed trying several local restaurants and bars, along the with Silver Slipper Casino over in Waveland. We hope to stay at the Bayside Bungalow again on a return visit to Bay St. Louis. J.A.     Pictures do it appropriate justice. Screened in porch facing the water is amazing. We spent hours sitting out there. Short walk to beach. Short walk to bay front shops and restaurants.

    Great place to stay. Location to beach and Gulf view from screened porch was great. Walking distance to restaurants etc. Bungalow was very cute and nice and well decorated. The bed was comfortable but the linens could be better and fit the bed. The fitted sheet constantly had to be put back on. The bathroom faucet is cute but not practical at all. The stove was inoperable and should be replaced if it's so difficult that it needs instructions it's just stupid to put in a rental property. There was no grill but it was mentioned in the amenities as was a spa/hot tub. Summers on the Gulf are very hot and the air conditioner was not adequate it rarely kept temperature and had to be cut down at night in order to keep a decent temperature during the day. The place is small so there must be a problem with it. We did enjoy our stay but when you stay a week these things became annoying. The fact that we had to eat out for every meal was not ideal either.

    Great location! Wonderful relaxing atmosphere and definitely recommend renting a golf cart for a much easier transportation around the area. House even has a shed that fits the golf cart for safe keeping. Will definitely try to rent this location again!
