Stayed Jul 19, 2025We had a great time and this was a nice place to stay. The owner was very easy to reach and communicative. I will say I do think the place needs updated a bit. The bathroom towel hooks were loose, the toilets were old, the sink in the master bedroom made a lot of noise. The pots and and pans also need replaced. Otherwise, everything was great! Thank you for having us!

Stayed Jun 29, 2025Property was near and clean upon our arrival and was located on the golf course! The Property Manager was very helpful. We stayed two weeks and had an excellent time. The golf cart was great for driving around the resort and traveling to the beach. We definitely will recommend anyone looking for a getaway to stay at this property as the home was beautifully decorated and the landscaping was amazing!

Stayed Mar 30, 2024We loved our stay in Paula’s home. It was clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location. The beds were all very comfortable, we appreciated the beach equipment/towels, and communication with Paula was excellent. The golf cart was a highlight and made it a breeze to get to the pool and the beach. The house was a perfect set up for our family of five, and we enjoyed the screened in porch.

Stayed Jun 10, 2023The house is exactly as pictured, it was more than enough space for our family of 4. The location is great. The Sandestin Resort offers multiple pools, beach access, and Baytowne Wharf with restaurants and entertainment. Grand Boulevard next door to Sandestin also has a lot of great restaurants. You really don't have to drive very far to get anywhere and the golf cart was great for getting around and seeing the resort.
