This sleek holiday home offers three levels of coastal luxury, just steps from the beach and Dunsborough town centre. Bayscape is designed for relaxation, with multiple living areas, a private balcony for alfresco dining, and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day in the surf. The top-floor retreat boasts ocean glimpses, while the lower level provides a second lounge, perfect for kids. With hidden beaches, scenic cycling paths, and a playground nearby, it’s the ultimate group getaway.
Bayscape’s striking three-storey design blends contemporary style with relaxed coastal living. Outside, enjoy a refreshing rinse in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach. The home is ideally located within a five-minute walk from the ocean and town-centre, with the cycle path and a kids’ playground right on your doorstep.

The top floor is dedicated to the primary suite, a private retreat featuring a king bed, an ensuite with a walk-in wardrobe, and stunning ocean views. On the middle level, an airy open-plan living and dining area flows seamlessly onto the large, undercover balcony, where an outdoor setting and built-in BBQ invites alfresco dining. The stylish kitchen, complete with modern appliances and a breakfast bar, makes meal prep a breeze. This level offers a powder room for added convenience.

The ground level houses a second TV room—with plush couches and a large flat-screen TV—providing a separate hangout spot for the kids. There are three more beautifully appointed bedrooms: a queen bedroom and two twin rooms, each with two single beds. They share a spacious main bathroom with a deep bath for a relaxing soak.

Additional luxuries include air-conditioning throughout, full laundry facilities, and private parking for up to three cars. Please note the shared driveway must remain clear for neighbouring units.

Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

    House was presented very nicely and felt clean, we chose to have the linen package so made the arrival nice and easy. Kitchen was equipped with all the appliances/cutlery/plates/pots/pans ect. The BBQ area was a good spot to enjoy a meal with a nice view. The house is very spacious and the main bedroom/ensuite had a lovely view. There are a lot of stairs in the house which may not suit young children but for our family with older kids it was not an issue. We would love to stay here again.

    The property is well set up for a family or group. Everything needed is there, cooking was made easy by the well planned out kitchen and all utensils provided. The location was perfect and the check in process was very easy. Would be my go to stay when i return.

    House was gorgeous, check in was very easy. Everything we needed was supplied. Sitting on the balcony overlooking trees and glimpses of ocean was magical. Definitley returning.
