Bayfront, Spacious 5 Bedroom Home With Beautiful Views.

The home was clean, spacious and very comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed, such as two coffee makers, barbecue, washer and dryer. The views were wonderful and we especially enjoyed having our boat at the dock. Our kids had a fabulous time!

This house looked fantastic, and it was even better than it looked. In addition to being wonderfully maintained, the location was ideal, Steven was an incredibly attentive host, and the view from the deck blew us all away. We would love to come back!

When we arrived Steven and Jenn met us at the house, showed us around and made sure we were all set for our week long stay. The house was immaculate. The open floor plan in the living/kitchen area is perfect. There were 14 of us staying, with the occasional day time visitors, and we never once felt crowed or cramped. The dock was great for crabbing, and viewing the unbelievably gorgeous sunsets. There are enough plates and glasses in the cabinets to throw a small wedding! We cooked every night, and every pot, pan and utensil we needed was there. They allowed us to use their bikes, which we did everyday. We had a great vacation here, and highly recommend renting this beautiful home.

Steven's property is exactly like the pictures; each room is tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. From the moment we walked into the well appointed kitchen, we knew we'd be happy here. There was an adorable welcome basket waiting for us; delicious cookies, tea, coffee and even marshmallows:) 11 of us stayed here for a family reunion. We were three families with children and we all slept extremely comfortably. The piece de resistance of this beautiful family home is its stunning location. We are so grateful for witnessing the most amazing sunsets and some sunrises from the deck and if you felt too lazy to step out, you could just sit at the table with hot coffee and enjoy the view. The beach is about twenty minutes walk and there is a running track plus a children's play year just a few steps away from the house. I enjoyed my morning walks/jogs and the children loved picking shells. Steven was very kind to supply us with linen etc. and he was very quick to respond to any queries we had. I'd recommend Steven's place with all my heart. I just hope that future guests will continue to keep the place in the excellent shape we found it in. Our family stayed in this home for a week in August 2016. The house was very clean and comfortable for our family of 5 children and 5 adults. The view of Barnegat Bay was amazing. The children lived on the dock when not at the beach. We enjoyed crabbing and fishing and launching our kayaks and paddle board from the expansive dock. The beaches were a short walk or bike ride from the house. This is the first home we have rented that was not on the beach, but it was a winner with our family. I should also note that Steven was very nice to work with and called after we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed.
