Very clean and quiet stay. The service was wonderful with a welcome message and directions for arrival. Loved the private patio and short walk to the beach. Great rental neighborhood that felt secure and well maintained. The room amenities could have been a little better: no toaster or pan for the oven, broken shower-head, and stovetop heat up very slow. But loved our stay and would come back and recommend.

This is a very nice property and location. The cabins are well maintained. The beach adjoins the cabins property and was always just lightly populated. The public beach is only a short hike, and is very heavily populated. We enjoyed the shark tooth hunting, beach walks, and just hanging out at the beach and the cabin.

We so enjoyed our lanai that overlooked the canel side and also loved being able to walk across the street to enjoy the beach on the gulf side.

We didn’t stay! We checked out! Broken window and furniture. Mold and not very clean. Very run down.

The location is perfect…. Or it would have been except for the intense red tide impact. We were not able to enjoy the beach at all and even when sitting on the screened porch that faced the intercoastal waterway, we coughed too much to enjoy it. The unit needs some work…. It’s outdated, especially the bathroom where water leaking from the shower (how about a longer shower curtain? That would help) has led to deterioration of the vanity cabinet. The bed & the pillows were not very comfortable and one set of blinds in the living room did not work correctly. A bit of work and this place could be so much better. The Casey Key Resort staff were great. Easy to communicate with and very clear as to how to check in etc. unfortunately the red tide was such a negative that we left a day early…. Nothing that the staff or the owner could do anything about!

The pictures of this cottage are shot at an angle that doesn't really show how tiny it is. The entire cottage is about the size of a hotel room. It is extremly dated, old appliances, very few dishes. The floors are .concrete with overlay. My husband made the statement that it was the kind of place he stayed in as a teenager at the beach. On the positive side, it was clean, the bed slept well, and the ocean is about 100 yards across the street and it sits on the bay. I would not rent again. I believed a review that rated it at 4.8. This may be the worst property we've ever rented on VRBO.

Cute place for the two of us. Needs more outlets for our electronic gadgets. Would come back again!

We were blown away with the privacy of the beach. Not to far down to the left is the public access but to the right barely anyone. Many times we were the only ones on the beach. The room was very cozy! Loved seeing the sunrise from our room over the inlet and going to watch the sunset on the beach. We spent lots of time on the cabana! We will be booking another trip very soon!!

We loved our stay at your property. This area is slower paced and less crowded than other areas, which we loved. We watched boats launching while drinking our morning coffee then walked across the street and, boom, you are on the beach. Couldn't have been more convenient. We will definitely be back!!

We had a small sitting room/kitchen and a bedroom with a queen and a twin bed. The property is a bit dated, but we had a great stay. Even from the bay side, the beach is no more than 100 yards away!
