House is adorable and perfect for all our needs

Gorgeous and peaceful views in a quiet neighborhood very close to North Beach—we hope to be back! Easy to check in and communicate with owner. Very spacious, comfortable, and clean. Bring some beach chairs or a blanket to sit out by the Bay and enjoy the sounds of the waves and the fresh air. The kitchen could have been a little better equipped if you're the type to cook at home, but mostly had everything we needed. We had a walking baby and a crawling baby with us and it felt very safe except for a little step down to one of the bedrooms, so if you're concerned about that maybe bring a baby gate. Otherwise we were able to keep doors shut and that was enough.

House was okay. View of course if divine but very limited outdoor furniture (some with moldy cushions). Kitchen mostly well equipped but no serving dishes at all. No shampoo or soap provided in showers at all and a single roll of toilet paper!!! Seriously?? For this price, not a good value.

Perfect cottage on the bay! Beautiful view. Love that it was close to Herrington Harbor but not too far from town. Host was very responsive. Great to place to stay.

Property is a in a perfect location, clean. All appliances were new and in good condition. Convenient to town and restaurants.

Sunrise on the water has the best view. For relaxation. My family and I were there for the july 4th. Celebration.and it was amazing. The people are so friendly. We will be back again.

We enjoyed our thanksgiving at this house. This was our first year without 2 important loved ones and we wanted a quick getaway. Being at the beach was a perfect distraction. The place was roomy and clean. The scenery was mind blowing. Thank you sharing your space with my family.

We came to celebrate my birthday and go to the Bull and Oyster Roast. My late father in law lived a few blocks down and this was an annual tradition. It was such a treat to be so close! Enjoyed the beautiful sunrises and sunsets!

Everything about the property is clean, updated, and well appointed. The location is a bit further from town, but it’s worth it watching the eagle and osprey hunt fish in the backyard! The house is close to neighbors, and they’re all friendly and very nice. I’d stay again. Thank you.

This was a nice property. The home was clean and had a beautiful view. On the downside, the house was not very well stocked. There were only two washcloths. Kitchen did not have enough dishes or a wine bottle opener. There were also ants in the kitchen.in the

The cottage was obviously newly refurbished. Comfortable furnishings with the perfect amount of minimalist decor. Easy to tidy up after ourselves. The host was very responsive to any contact I attempted. We may have lucked out as we were there from Sunday evening until Thursday morning but it was very quiet and no immediate neighbors were around or having parties so we just loved the peace and quiet! The sunrise and water view was awesome! So thankful for this time away. A local told us we cold swim in the water outside of the cottage, however, as mentioned below, jellyfish! Just an FYI for future visitors, North Beach area is really expensive and very small. Many of the beaches, such as Brownie Beach are private and offer no access to visitors. We had a great time at Breezy Point Park until the jellyfish arrived early. After a storm, there were a lot of them, even in the netted swimming area. Successfully found many shark teeth at this beach though!

Cute little cottage! Perfect for nearby wedding venue guests. Beautiful view of the bay!
