☆☆ OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION ☆☆
ACCESS: Check in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. We are not able to accommodate early or late checkins/outs during busy times or same day checkins/outs for guests. The property features self-checkin using an electronic smart lock keypad. A unique door code will be provided at least 48 hours before check-in.

RULES
✔ An adult of at least 18 years old must supervise all kids around the pool, bay and ocean.
✔ No fireworks, candles or discharging of firearms allowed.
✔ No more than the max number of guests allowed at the property based on the reservation.
✔ Avoid the use of hair dyes, hair coloring and other products that could stain linens.
✔ If the property is left excessively dirty it could require an additional cleaning fee.
✔ Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM.
✔ We kindly ask you to treat our property as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

NO SMOKING: or use of fire permitted in the rental. Guest acknowledges that no “smoking” includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and “use of fire” includes lighting of candles, incense or sage. There will be a $500 charge if this rule is not followed.

PETS: Pets are not allowed. Some guests have medical or allergy reasons for staying at places that don't allow pets, and some people simply prefer it. We have to maintain that consistency for our guests. We can't be partly pet friendly and partly not. While we wish we could accommodate this, it is just a policy we can't bend on.

RECOMMENDATIONS: We encourage all guests to purchase rental insurance should something unexpected come up and impact your stay. We must follow our refund policy.

DAMAGE WAIVER OR SECURITY HOLD: As part of the reservation, we do require a damage waiver fee charged or security hold (released 7 days after your stay).

SECURITY CAMERAS: Renters acknowledge and accept that the property is monitored by outdoor security cameras to protect the property.

NOTICE: All guests at the property agree to hold the property owner, hosts, and all contractors harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from or related to the use of the property. This includes, but is not limited to, any injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur on the property. Renters acknowledge that they are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their guests while on the premises. The property owner, hosts, and contractors shall not be held liable for any incidents or damages resulting from the use of the property, its amenities, or the surrounding area.

WILDLIFE & NATURE: We have a regular pest control service that maintains the grounds. However, as we are located in a rural area, potential guests should be aware that local flora and fauna, including snakes, alligators, lizards, deer, raccoons, spiders, ladybugs, wasps, bees, rabbits, excessive pollen, chiggers, beetles, field mice, ants, cockroaches, squirrels, opossums, flies, coyotes, moths, and butterflies, may be present. Despite our strict pest control and cleaning regimen, some native wildlife may still make their presence known. Because the property is close to a forested area, we cannot guarantee you won't see some of these. We appreciate your understanding!

    This is a nicely renovated condo in a perfect location. The condo felt spacious for our group of three adults and five children, especially with the back deck and all the outdoor space. The location was truly perfect for us, a short, easy walk to the beach, and a short drive to gift shops, groceries, and restaurants. The backyard was wonderful too. Our children played in the yard and enjoyed the hammocks everyday. We would definitely stay here again!

    We stayed here with my family of 5 plus my parents. There was plenty of room for everyone and it was really well laid out. The location was really good, with the lagoon in the back yard and the beach across the street. The condo is really nice inside and it’s modern and all nice appliances as well. We would gladly stay at this location again. The hosts were also quick to respond to anything that we needed, which is great.

    Had a great time with our family at this rental. Prime location to access the beach, quick walk to beach access. The unit comes w an incredibly stocked beach cart. I was very impressed, Im a former cabana man in my younger years. Absolutely loved and appreciated that. The unit was clean and updated and it was great to hang out inside. Deck and grill setup was fantastic, it worked really well for hanging and grilling. The lagoon and pier were also very nice. Easy to use paddle boards and kayaks. The owners put a lot of thought into every aspect for maximum enjoyment and utilization. Would definitely rent again.

    The property was clean and well-decorated. We enjoyed the use of the ping-pong table and kayaks. The beds were super-comfortable, and the owner was responsive. The large back porch overlooking the lagoon was a family favorite!
