Very close to the pools, private beach, and clubhouse, 22 Island Edge Drive is a spacious five-bedroom home with three bathrooms and two half-baths. This townhouse is located in the popular bay-front resort of Sunset Island. Also, you'll be just a three-block walk to the ocean for a truly wonderful location. The home has comfortable sleeping accommodations throughout its five bedrooms, and you can spread out for plenty of privacy. There are four TVs and a total of three balconies for outside enjoyment. There is free WiFi for your convenience, as well as a two-car garage and a parking pad. Enjoy the convenience of an outside shower after a long day at the beach.

This 37-acre gated area is a private island community located on 67th Street. The condo and the community are perfect for a family to spend a relaxing week at the beach. You'll be just two blocks from the ocean, restaurants, mini-golf, the OC Bus, and shops. The Community amenities include an indoor and outdoor pool, three private beaches, boat slips, a crabbing pier, an island cafe and pool bar, a general store and 24-hour security, gated access, and an interactive fountain.

Please note: there is a building registration fee and additional surcharges that vary by season. A detailed breakdown is outlined in booking info. A building registration fee includes six facility passes and three parking passes. Additional facility passes are $75 per pass, per person per week. Children three and under do not require a facility pass. The fees are the following: Winter (January 1 - April 30 and October 1 – December 31) = $100. Spring (May 1- May 23) = $150. Summer (Sunday BEFORE Memorial Day, May 24 to Saturday AFTER Labor Day, September 12) = $200
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

    Another great stay at Sunset Island. House was in a great location on the Island, a very nice place to relax after long days at the concert. Vacasa was very responsive with the minor issues/ questions we had. Would recommend and rent again.

    House was over all nice and plenty of room for our family. However, when we got to the house we found there was no paper products in any of the 5 bathrooms. When I asked they informed me they only supply 2 rolls and the rest is up to the renter. The carpet in the upstairs bedroom is nasty and staind. Blinds are broken all over the house. It did not look near as nice in person as it did online.

    Maintenance was great! We had an elderly man and toddlers in our family group- one of the hand rails was broken - maintenance was very attentive and the repair was done the next day - impressive! House was large enough for our family and we had a great week at the beach. Kids loved the pools.

    Property was very clean. Probably the cleanest one I’ve stayed in. Sheets already on the bed from the linen company which was a first in my experience. Nice size rental. Plenty of room. Loved it.

    The house is nice and relatively well kept. Our biggest complaint would be the mattresses. In most rooms they were so hard, not much better than if you were to sleep on the floor. Otherwise we had a great stay and would definitely recommend.

    Where do I start??? Upon arrival the code to the garage did not work. Fortunately after trying a very simple code “1234”, it worked. The entry to the property was very uninviting and dirty. The cleaning was not done and the “welcome kit” of toiletries was not there. I would have packed some to at least get started but I was told there would be soaps, shampoos, conditioner, TP, paper towels, etc. NOTHING! I had to spend unnecessary time going to the store on my first day. The grill I was told was there was not there and had to request one multiple times. When one arrived, it was charcoal and the guy did not know how to put it together so my husband had to. Doors did not open, toilets did not flush properly, lamps did not work, TV’s in the bedroom did not work. The couches in the living room needs to be replaced as it is worn and stained. The mattress in the first floor bedroom was more like a hammock. I never once had any communication with the property owner, only Vacasa and that was very poor as well. Maintenance didn’t show up until the day before we left. Overall I feel as though the property owner has zero interest in maintaining his/her property and Vacasa does not do a good job of checking the property after each renter to report items to the owner to address. Clearly the owner is not concerned about ensuring the guests have a wonderful stay. It’s purely all about the income. I would NEVER return to this property and would not recommend it to anyone.

    Loved the location to pool, and bay beach. Also kitchen nice and big with large dining table. Everyone was very comfortable with bedrooms and baths. Was a great place for us. Yeah
