Stayed Mar 23, 2025Overall, our stay was well worth the cost. Every member of our group was amazed at the view of the bay and the bridge. For the size of our group, the space was about right, and the house was very clean.The only complaints we had were the difficulty of locating utensils in the kitchen and the occasionally thread-bare sheets. Additionally, the tops of the railings on the back porch clearly needed replacing. Other than that we were very pleased with the property, and we would be willing to book it again in the future.

Stayed Jan 12, 2025Easy location with great views of the harbor.Lots of room and plenty of space for a big group. House is older and could use some updating…kitchen drawers that won’t stay closed and bathroom/tub drains that are slow to drain. Could also use some extra cleaning in the kitchen, some of the cupboard and drawers had food/crumbs in them.Sea lions are loud, didn’t keep us up but if you woke up in the middle of the night it took a bit to get back to bed depending on how noisey they were. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend..

Stayed Sep 26, 2024When we got to house the code for door would not work so I had to call and they gave me a code to get into box that had a key. It took several times before the key would work. When we would leave to go out and about was afraid to lock up the house in fear that the key or code wouldn't work. Also was not happy that we didn't have cable to watch tv. Not sure why they don't have that.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Such a cute house, in a nice quiet area (besides the Sea Lions which were fun to hear). The couch cushions wouldn't stay on when even barely used and the big glass hutch in the corner could probably use an anchor to the wall, it's kind of scary for those of us with toddlers and little kids. Overall I definitely recommend this place, we will for sure be back!
