Stayed Jul 12, 2025Overall, we loved this house. Love that it was one level. It was very spacious. We especially loved the front porch which was also spacious with very comfortable furniture. Perfect location!We had to contact the owner regarding the Apple TV not working in the bedroom. He tried to be helpful, but we could not get it to work. Finally figured out how to watch it using Airplay on our IPad/Iphone.The locks and lights were quirky. The locks weren’t the easiest to use. A keypad lock would have been much more user friendly. There were so many lights and switches. Took us a few days to figure them out. Perhaps it would be helpful if they were labeled.The kitchen was beautiful, but the frying pans definitely need to replaced. Also, need more coffee mugs.Overall, would recommend staying here.

Stayed Jan 25, 2025House is super user friendly. Great open areas. Went with friends for a fun night away. The house added to the fun. We ate, danced, and played some of the many games Chris provided in the house. Easy walking distance to downtown and waterfront, will defiantly be back in warmer weather.

Stayed Sep 18, 2024The home was spacious and had everything needed for our stay. Chris was awesome and immediately responded back to all our questions. Almost everything in lovely Cape Charles was within walking distance. Great restaurants, a state park, golf, shopping … lots to do even in September. And the town makes it clear that they LOVE their visitors!

Stayed Apr 19, 2024My family visited Cape Charles last weekend to attend a wedding in Bay Creek. We loved that the location of the home was inside the Bay Creek Community so that we could enjoy the community amenities, but also appreciated its proximity to town. The property was very spacious and comfortable, and the owner was responsive, friendly, and accommodating. We hope to stay there again when we visit Cape Charles in the future!
