Bask in the Sunroom and Hot Tub of this Relaxing 4-Bedroom Home in Sunriver!

Relatively clean place. Great yard deck. A little dated but good for a “ cabin” and price reflects that.

Overall good, I didn’t catch in the listing that property had no Air Conditioning. Everything else was as expected, we really enjoyed the property.

Took our basketball team to bend for a tournament and this house was perfect. Had a great time in Sunriver!

Our party of 8 made good use of the house. The hot tub worked well, bikes were used for adventuring, and the long dining table was the perfect size for family meals. There was room to spread out and everyone felt comfortable. A note to others: the listing showed limited kitchen appliances but I subsequently found other things such as coffee grinder, blender, electric tea kettle.

The home was very accommodating for our 6 adults and four children. We had some issues with communication with the property managers.

The only reason we were able to get into the house is because they left the door unlocked. Unfortunately, there wasn’t a lighter for the fireplace to be started, heaters weren’t working in different rooms, there is a leaking toilet, flooding, the guest bathroom, which caused the room to be quite unusable without soaking your feet in toilet water. They never called us or gave us a call back after asking for help to get an access code so we had to leave the door unlocked for the whole weekend.

We came to Sunriver for a Thanksgiving get away with my family of 5, and my in-law's; total of 10 people ranging from 14 to 80. The first impression of the house when coming in was it definitely needs updated, but it was clean. However, during our stay we encountered several issues: The heater repeatedly stopped working. The property manager instructed me to use a skewer from the pantry to press the reset button, explaining it overheats and shuts off. It was 25 degrees outside, and my husband’s 80-year-old parents had to bundle up in multiple layers. This occurred several times during our stay. The fluorescent light fixture in the kitchen had no cover, leaving wires and bulbs exposed. This is a safety hazard as fluorescent bulbs can easily break, as well as exposed wires. Fluorescent light fixture covers are not expensive. The primary toilet leaked for two days. While wood was provided for the wood stove, there were no tools to cut the logs into smaller pieces or a lighter to start a fire. Given the heating problems, this was especially frustrating. We had to purchase these items ourselves. The sunroom lacked a heat source, making it unusable in the cold. The advertised foosball table was effectively inaccessible. Primary bed was as hard as laying on the ground. The water heater only allowed for 2 showers before needing a 30-45 minute reset. This was challenging with 10 people. The hot tub did work great however and was the highlight of the trip.

My family loved this stay my grandkids loved having the bikes to ride. Our only real complaint was that the wifi signal wasnt strong enough to really be useful for anything and all of our cell services had very weak service. But really that just made us play games and talk to each other more. Also i might have missed it but no bedrooms on main floorfloormaallflgames and talk withwere

We visited this property with my family and our parents on 4th July weekend. In our short stay we encountered a lot of maintenance issues as the age of the house is pretty old (not visible from pics). To begin with downstairs flush was not working and due to 4th July weekend this issue was not addressed until next day which was not good for our old party parents since that is the only bathroom on main floor. Upstairs bathroom did not lock, the house has capacity of 12 people but the water heater is so small that in 3-4 showers cold water comes n then others has to wait atleast 30-40 mins again for hot water, kitchen was very old n though equipped did not feel clean. So it was quite frustrating!! Now some good things about our stay: The house has a beautiful sunroom n deck with bbq n hot tub where we spent majority of our time. It also came with bikes which our kids enjoyed, it provided 9 SHARC passes (though listings says 10 passes available) but owner was happy to reimburse for 10th pass. Kids n parents enjoyed the time in SHARC pool even though lines were huge for checkin n even for food. Overall we made most of our time even with some inconvenience.
