Columbia Falls has an active railroad system near downtown, and train noise can occasionally be heard, as is common for homes in this area.

The Space

The main level features a spacious living room with cozy leather chairs and a new TV—perfect for unwinding after your adventures. The dining area seats six, and the fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to enjoy meals together.

Step outside to a small patio with a gas barbecue for easy outdoor dining. A convenient half bath is also located on the main level.

Guests are responsible for any additional supplies needed during their stay.

Air Conditioning

We’ve recently added central air conditioning for your comfort! You’re also welcome to open windows in the evening to enjoy the cool mountain air and close them during the day (along with curtains/blinds) to keep the home cool.

For safety, please only open windows while you are in the home. Fans are also available in the bedroom closets.

Guest Access

You’ll enjoy self check-in for a smooth arrival. Detailed instructions will be sent 4–7 days prior to check-in via your VRBO inbox.

Guests have access to the entire home, except for the crawl space closet and one locked linen closet.
