Basecamp Denver 2BR Guest Suite near Red Rocks

Excellent host; Quick response; Very Clean; Plenty of room; Family-friendly; Business friendly; Safe neighborhood; Beautiful neighborhood for walking/biking; Excellent location - able to go almost anywhere in Denver area very quickly; Only 1.5 hrs to Rocky Mountain National Park & Estes Park, 1 hr to Boulder, 1 hr to Colorado Springs; Tons of activities nearby; Close proximity to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores; Laundry on site in unit; This property was perfect for our 10-day stay in Denver. It was centrally located to everything we wanted to do. There are 2 BR each w a Q bed, and the couch has a chaise lounge, so you could realistically sleep 6 adults there.The hosts are amazing and respond very quickly to questions. We definitely recommend it and would stay again.

The place is great for 2-4 people. It is really close to Red Rocks and super convenient to get into dt denver too. Great locations and the hosts are great people

We had a great stay! We flew in very late due to delays, but the keyless checkin was perfect so we could sneak in at 2:30am. We enjoyed local sights (Golden, red rocks, local hiking trails) before we headed further west. The hosts were very accommodating to our 4 month old and 3 year old and we’re very grateful for that!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was a perfect location for Red Rock and Denver being in the middle. Quiet lovely neighborhood and the lower area of home we stayed in was perfect. Exactly how advertised. The host was very responsive when we communicated. I would definitely stay here again.

4 of us stayed at this property for 3 nights leading up to a Red Rocks Concert this past Monday. Location was perfect, super easy to get downtown and to the various suburbs. Only 20 min to Red Rocks Park as well!. space was clean and nice. No concerns and very reasonable price.

We only got to stay one night at this cute little place because we had a lot going on over the weekend but it was great and it was close enough to red rocks that commute back and forth was easy. We have two kids, 11 and 12 and they were comfy too. My daughter slept on the couch and said it was great and my son had one of the bedrooms and said he slept great it was nice and quiet. The floor upstairs is definitely creaky but we were awake by the time they were so not a big deal for us. The host gave us a great recommendation for breakfast the next morning. Great stay overall

It’s was perfect for a 4 day trip to red rocks

Nice clean property with basic amenities including a/c, wifi, washer/dryer, big screen tv. Perfect for short-term sight-seeing base, especially if Red Rocks is your main destination. Oddities: no sink in kitchenette area; no way to lock interior door in basement apartment; no handrail on stairs.

Amazing time at a Red Rock Concert with an easy commute back to our Basecamp.

We had some difficulties in our travels and the host was very accommodating. So thankful for that. The property was nice and clean. Good place to stay and explore Denver.

Perfect place to stay that gave us easy day trip access to Ricky Mountains, Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak
