Great place to stay!

It should have been clearer that we needed to bring our own sheets and towels, perhaps that can go in the message that was sent with important information. Otherwise the place was great and we really enjoyed it!

Kitchen was fully stocked.

The house is in a great location and is very convenient to town and access to the mountains. The house has plenty of room for up to 8 people and woulld be very cozy and warm in the winter time with the woodstoves. The man cave in the basement.is also a cool place to hang out.

The condo was so spacious and very clean. Tons of room and very comfortable beds. Close to all the local attractions and restaurants. Joe was fabulous to communicate with and we will definitely be back for another vacation.

Excellent location for all the things we had planned, hiking, river float and Storyland. The development was peaceful and beautiful. I have to say that sitting on the deck sipping, might have been my favorite part. The kitchen had everything we needed. The added ability to bring our pets was the best.

We went to Bartlett to go tubing. Was a perfect location to everything including cute little downtown North Conway. Quiet neighborhood. Easy check-in.

Perfect for a ski weekend.

The condo is comfortable and cozy with plenty of room for the family to spread out. The perfect location for skiing and a trip to Ice Castles event. Two days of plowable snow was no problem as the plows were out quickly and the steps even shoveled for us!

We go for a weekend at “the condo” every January. It is cozy and convenient to Attitash, the restaurants, the trail around Echo Lake, and the shopping in N. Conway. We know what we’re getting - a quiet, convenient place to have a family breakfast, head out for activities, meet back at the condo for hot showers and either cook or choose a restaurant. We play board games and sleep well. It is a homey place to have some fun and slow the pace to reconnect with the family. We’ve also been here with friends over the years when our kids were growing up. So many memories! Joe is a great host because he communicates. He responds to questions. By the way, the coffee maker can either make a pot of auto-drip (filers provided) or k-cups.

This was the second year we stayed here for new years and this place is perfect for us.

Very fun place to stay. Fireplace was essential for the cool nights. Plenty of room and things to do while at the house. Please consider waterproof laminate floor

Great vacation rental to see foliage with family and our little dog. Fantastic location. Very comfortable house with nice open concept. Would definitely return.

Took my granddaughter away for her 1st Birthday. We were 5 minutes away from StoryLand and Living Shores Aquarium. The unit was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. We couldn't have asked for anything better. Looks like this will be our little family spot for the next few years to come.

We loved staying at this vrbo. The vrbo had all the accommodations inside and was in a very quiet area. Large open spaces were great.
