The master suite offers a touch of luxury with a walk-in robe and a beautifully appointed ensuite and KING bed, while bedrooms 2 and 3 come with comfortable queen beds. Theheart of the home is the fully-featured kitchen, complete with a butler’s pantry, breakfast bar, dishwasher, and deluxe ice making fridge! This space seamlessly flows into the open-plan meals and family room, making it perfect for entertaining.

Including ducted reverse cycle air conditioning, a pool table, wifi and an EV charger (for type 2 equipped vehicles), tick all the boxes for the travelling family or group of friends! The opening roof verandah enhances the entertainment area, making it an ideal spot for relaxing and enjoying a drop of the local wines.

Our study boasts a sofa bed and desk, ready for those work meetings that might pop up! If the sofa bed is needed this requires prior organisation and an additional fee, there is also an additional trundle bed if needed as well.

We have included for your convenience a porta -cot, high chair and even a pram (and play mat) - please just request these if needed. We also have a clothes steamer for those winery tour outfits can look fresh! .

Your stay will include all linen and towels, making staying at Barossa Luxe a breeze! With the main street just at the end of the street, you will have direct access to Tanunda famous eateries and shopping hotspots. Of course, the whole of the Barossa Valley is at your feet with 100s of winery experiences for you to choose from!

Important note: A security bond will be required for your stay. The bond will be refunded in full within 7 days of checkout, subject to the property being left in good condition.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a quiet area perfect to relax and enjoy, so please no loud noise & no parties. Quiet Hours are between: 11PM and 8AM. We are in constant contact with the surrounding neighbours who will let us know if there are any disturbances.

NO SMOKING: Strictly NO smoking inside, on the balcony or in any outside areas.

PENALTIES: If any damage is caused, smoking takes place or there is evidence of a party there will be a $250 penalty plus we will request the repair costs plus the extra cleaning costs. If a guest coming in needs to be moved to another property due to the damage or smell of smoke still being present, we will also request the cost of that nights stay. Please respect these rules.
