Built in 1924, this Sears Kit Home ( model: The Walton) has charm to spare. Enjoy a piece of American history updated with modern conveniences like a gas fireplace, hot tub, and chef's kitchen.

Our cottage is located a short walkfrom the Downtown River District where you can enjoy local shopping, dining and entertainment. There is a public boat ramp just a few blocks away for all you boaters out there.

Using Dean Park Historic District, Fort Myers, FL as a start or end point in the navigation system of your choice will give you a general idea of the time and distance our location is from anywhere you are or anywhere you would like to go.
