Stayed Dec 27, 2025This is our second time staying at the Banyan House and it was once again a great family trip. Wonderful house, very close to the beach and the nearby town. 10/10. No notes.

Stayed Dec 1, 2024Beautiful home! Easy walk on the beach path at the end of the driveway! Quiet location. My husband needed to use the elevator for his wheelchair. Worked perfectly. Would have been nice to have some grab bars in the master bath for him. Plenty of beach towels and toys

Stayed May 18, 2024Everything you could want and more. Thoroughly enjoyable. Very attractive and furnished with comfort in mind. We particularly enjoyed the large screened in porch for group gatherings.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Our stay at Banyan Beach was incredible. The house is absolutely beautiful and very clean. The house is also very well stocked with everything you may need including lots of supplies for the beach. We loved the short walk to the beach too! The pool area was perfect and we enjoyed all the deck spaces this house has. We had so much fun using all the fun amenities such as the pool table, ping pong, etc. We loved this house so much we already booked it again for next year!

Stayed Mar 9, 2024Fabulous location steps to the beach, easy walking/biking to shops / ice cream / restaurants and wonderful amenities at the house. Everything that could be needed was there from kitchen utensils to a beach cart and beach chairs. The house itself was just as pictured. Beautiful throughout. Pool was lovely and well maintained. The kids spent hours making up challenges on the putting green, and we had a lovely evening cooking on the outdoor grill and hanging out by the pool before walking to the beach for sunset. A couple of minor maintenance issues (slow drain and dishwasher leaking) were dealt with right away. The property managers are super attentive and communication was great. Can't say enough good things!

Stayed Jan 14, 2024Banyan Beach is a beautiful home, meticulously furnished and decorated, just steps from the beach. The house has every convenience and toy a family could want, from beach equipment to multiple refrigerators to Golden Tee. You can have coffee on the screened porch, then walk 50 steps to the beach access and you are on a huge, uncrowded, sugar sand beach. Lots of beach towels provided. Easy access to restaurants and shopping. Next time I visit, I'll get a golf cart. They look like fun. Overall, five stars.

Stayed Dec 26, 2023The house was great in every way you could hope for —near the beach, heated pool, plenty to do for adults and kids, short walk to the island trolley, and had a responsive owner who addressed the few very minor issues we had. Cannot recommend more.

Stayed Jul 8, 2023Nice home close to beach. Property is very similar to photos. The beach is close and not very busy due to lack of access for public. House was well equipped for trips to beach which was nice with kids. Kitchen was well equipped. Home was not as clean as it should’ve been and cleaners left garbage outside. Key code didn’t work when we arrived on a Saturday after hours. This was rectified by calling the emergency number. The pool was almost unusable due to mosquitos and wasn’t very clean. During our stay the Host scheduled an inspection, electrical maintenance, and called and said they needed to come pick up a tablet from the house. This seemed inappropriate. Overall nice property, but would not stay there again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Our stay at Banyan Beach was perfect! We loved everything about the house. The beach access was very close (one house away). The pool and indoor/outdoor area was amazing. There was plenty of room for everyone. They had a small tent, small umbrella, ice chest, wagon, chairs, beach towels, beach toys, and one pack and play. Everything imaginable in kitchen was provided - air fryer, toaster oven, blender, Keurig, regular drip coffee maker and all other necessities. We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary with kids and grandkids and it was PERFECT!
