Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 8am, and strictly follow local council noise regulations after 10pm (weekdays/Sundays) and 11pm (Saturdays).
Smoking & Pets: This is a strictly smoke-free property (including outdoor areas). Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved.
Breakages & BBQ: Please report any accidental damage; minor items are generally not charged if notified, while major losses incur replacement costs plus a $150 fee. An uncleaned BBQ will incur a $70 fee.
Safety & Privacy: Children must be supervised at all times. Please respect the owner's privacy by not sharing property details and leaving personal items untouched.
