The house was very clean, had everything we needed. Central location, 10 minutes from beach
Our family stayed at this property from May 20-27. There were 6 of us ranging in age from 4 to 60. This property was perfect for our stay. We had everything we could've needed at the house and the 4-year-old especially enjoyed the pool. The house and the pool were both clean and well maintained. Linda was an amazing host and made herself available at all times. We encountered two very minor hiccups during our stay, which were both immediately resolved by Linda upon notifying her. The property is in a good neighborhood not far from Clearwater Beach and Pier 60. We all enjoyed our stay very much and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again during our next visit to Clearwater.
Linda is a perfect host the is neat and clean has everything that's needed, tpatio, pool and backyard make for a relaxing stay.
My parents, husband, son and I stayed here for a week and had a wonderful time. The house is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, but we were still walking distance from a great little tropical bar and grill around the corner. The beach and more restaurants were only a 10 minute drive with really easy parking. This place is great if you want the perks of Clearwater Beach without the hassle of the spring break crowd. Linda was very communicative and friendly, and happy to make recommendations in the area via text or phone call, and check in was really easy. I’d stay here again!
