Located in the beautiful Pirate's Cove Resort, in Manteo NC, this waterfront home has Sunset views of the Manteo waterfront. It is non-smoking and doesn't allow tenant pets. There are 5 Bedrooms, with 4.5 Baths (accommodating 15) in the home. SUNDAY TURNOVER ONLY! FULL WEEK RENTALS ONLY DURING SEASON. Waterfront home with elevator, private pool with fountain and hot tub with poolside bar offered April 15 until October 15. The home comes with 40' of dock space at Ballast Point Canal #11. Top-floor Master with King bed, Jacuzzi tub and large double-head shower. Mid-floor has a Master with King bed, the 3rd bedroom with Queen bed, and the 4th bedroom which also has a Queen bed. The Lower-floor has a 5th bedroom with King bed and bonus room with 2 built-in bunks off of the recreation room with billiard table. There is a Queen Sleeper Sofa in den that may be used for additional guests too. The home has 3 Smart TVs (Living Room, Billiard Room, and Top-Floor Master), no cable provided (guests must use their own streaming services), high-speed WiFi, gas grill, enclosed outdoor shower, sundeck, and 2 car garage. Parking for 5-6 vehicles maximum at the home. If a boat is brought, it must be kept in the water or stored off-site. Trailers may be stored in the covered garages, but if they do not fit they must be stored off-site.
