Stayed Feb 12, 2026The accommodations are wonderful if you require 3 or 4 bedrooms. Sam is super responsive and provides excellent information about the home and nearby resources. We felt the price was reasonable for the area and will certainly book this again when in the area.

Stayed Jul 12, 2025This house has bedrooms on three floors. Note that the top floor is warm in summer and the basement cool! There are w/ds on the top and bottom floors, and a kitchen in the basement as well. Kitchen is well-equipped. Back patio is huge. Sam was very responsive.

Stayed May 23, 2024What a lovely, comfortable stay in this sweet home. Extremely clean with all the necessities and comforts of home. A wonderful host with informative guest instructions and a terrific old Seattle neighborhood close to so many fun things to do. We were amazed how fast we could get downtown or to the airport once we had traffic figured out. Definitely would stay here again! Our group of 8 fit so well because there are 3 levels for sleeping arrangements. PS LOVED the showers. Great water pressure. Especially downstairs. That was a treat!!
