This property offers:
Four bedroom/bath suites connected to a central great 'Ohana" room. Each bedroom has its own bath and private screened lanai/ porch and is connected to this central room by covered and screened lanais. Along one side of the great room is the lanai that faces west toward gorgeous views of sapphire ocean and Diamond Head on Oahu approximately 20 miles away. There are dedicated conversation areas and additional lounge chairs on this ocean-facing lanai.
Three terraced decks face the ocean view and provide gathering spaces or outdoor retreats. The first level is the outdoor dining and BBQ area that can be lit with Tiki-torches, the second level has a whirlpool spa, and the third level includes the pool and a private sunbathing deck with chaise lounges. The beach below is known for its 2.5 miles of pristine white sand and is often unoccupied or with few beach walkers.
You will have everything you need from excellent High-Speed Internet, indoor/outdoor speaker systems, laundry area, Direct TV, and efficient high ceilings and fans. Temperatures on Molokai are known to be consistent between 70 and 85.
Note pricing: Only $320 per night for up to eight occupants for a minimum of 180 days. Note: Throughout Molokai, there are small markets and eateries, a bakery, and other restaurants to enjoy. The drive to the airport from the location of this home in Maunaloa is about 20 minutes and 40 minutes to the largest town, Kaunakakai
It is easy to arrange grocery and supply deliveries to your doorstep from Maui and Oahu.
