The neighborhood is conveniently located 40 minutes from both DFW Airport and Love Field Airport, and just 17 miles east of downtown Dallas, near the intersection of Interstate 30 and the President George Bush Turnpike. The 116-acre Sapphire Bay Peninsula serves as the gateway to the City of Rowlett and is surrounded by 2 miles of shoreline in the center of Lake Ray Hubbard.

To ensure a hassle-free experience, the property is equipped with a secure, keyless entry system using an Ultraloq Smart Lock. Guests can conveniently lock and unlock the door using a personal entry code provided for the duration of their stay. Say goodbye to the inconvenience of losing or returning keys!

DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTY POLICY

We welcome responsible dog owners and their well-behaved dogs. To ensure a great experience for all guests, the following rules apply:

• All dogs must be disclosed and approved prior to booking.
• A maximum of one dog is permitted unless otherwise approved in writing.
• Guests must provide the dog`s breed, size, age, and number of dogs before arrival.
• Cats and other household pets are not permitted.

Undisclosed animals are considered a serious violation of house rules and may result in additional fees, cancellation of the reservation, or removal from the property.

Dogs must be housebroken, well-controlled, and supervised at all times. Dogs may not be left unattended at the property unless kenneled and quiet.

• Excessive barking or disruptive behavior is not permitted.
• Guests are responsible for preventing damage to landscaping, furnishings, flooring, and outdoor areas.

Guests are fully responsible for any excessive cleaning, odors, stains, pet hair, flea treatment, damages, disturbances, or remediation costs associated with their dog during the stay.

Any dog creating safety concerns, aggressive behavior, sanitation issues, property damage, or excessive noise may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund in accordance with platform policies and applicable law.

    We absolutely loved staying here! So much that we were looking for houses on Zillow by the end of our trip The location is still only 20 minutes from Dallas but makes you feel like you’re in another world. There are also great dining options within 5 minutes if you don’t feel like going into Dallas. I loved the vibe of the water it was SO peaceful even with three small children. I would stay here again and again! Thank you!

    Family friendly, and spacious. The place was decorated beautifully, plenty of beds for large groups. The grill was definitely a hit, but being lakefront has its drawbacks, but nothing can be done being it’s just nature when you are that close to the water. Winter months this place will be amazing as well considering no bugs. Close to freeway making it easy to commute, would stay here again and again.
