    Property was immaculately clean! Perfect venue for 3 college girls and their moms. Close to beach, shopping and dining. Would definitely book this home again.

    Loved the house and all amenities provided. Behind the house and lanai, where we spent most of time, was construction of a building and a Vet office with loud barking dogs throughout the day. Plus the noise from San Marco Road was also rather distracting. Otherwise, we enjoyed our month in paradise!

The bedrooms are comfy, and the master bathroom is huge! There was also a very large walk in closet. The pool area provided ample space for those who wanted to sit in the shade under the lanai, and for those of us who wanted to lay out in the sunshine. It was simply dreamy to use, and the pool is heated nicely for the kiddos. The location is very handy with it being within walking distance to Publix, Walgreens, and even a local gym. We really enjoyed everything about this home and would highly recommend it.

Comparing it to other properties we have stayed at on the island this property meet and exceeded our expectation on appointments, cleanliness, and location. Wonderful quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. It is a great location where you can drive or ride bikes to the beach or parks. The only con would be that there is no automatic ice maker, easily solved by getting bagged ice at the Publix, Walgreens, or Gas Station that is walking distance. This home is comfortable for 6 to 8 people with lots of space to spread out. We would definite rent again.

    When I was looking at properties to rent, the criteria was that we needed 3 BR 3 BA. This home was so much more than we expected.
