This beautiful four bedroom, 4 bath home is located in the heart of famous Sea Pines. Centrally located, it is a short bike ride to Harbor Town or to the beach!

Paradise awaits in the back yard. After a long day on the course or the beach, relax at your private Tiki hut! The Tiki hut features a bar large enough for eight people to sit comfortably, a small stove top and fridge, propane grill, plus a TV for watching your favorite team compete. The very large pool has a shallow endof about 3 feet and deepens to approximately 10 feet and gets a lot of sun. Rafts for the pool and other pool toys are provided so you can enjoy the pool. There is a hot tub that easily holds 6 people and it can be heated for an additional charge. Please note that the pool and hot tub are not fenced in and there are no additional safety measures provided - renters swim at their own risk and must watch small children around the water at all times. There are plenty of lounge chairs to relax on and three tables with seating for lunch or dinner under the stars. The back yard is completely fenced in and totally private.

Upon entry into our home, you walk into a open living room with a leather sectional and chairs. This area is open to the dining room with seating for 8 making it perfect for family evenings together. A stereo system and music library is provided for entertainment as well as board games for family night! There is also a selection of toys for smaller children. French doors will lead you to the backyard. The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast table for four to six and is completely stocked with everything you would need to make dinner. Just off the kitchen is the laundry room and den. The den has a large screen smart TV with easy hook-up for video games. The den also includes a DVD player, sofa, chairs and a wet bar. The wet bar has stemware and serve ware for your use. There is also a slider to a small deck overlooking a small waterway that is often inhabited by Sea Pines birds and other wildlife. The first bedroom is off of the kitchen and has a queen bed, TV, an in-suite bath with standing shower and a slider to the back deck and pool area. The rest of the bedrooms are on the other side of the house. Bedroom two features a queen bed, TV, and a private bathroom with a double vanity and walk in shower. The third bedroom has two twins and has a connecting bath with a shower/tub combo. This bathroom also is accessed from the hall making it your guest bathroom when entertaining. The master is down the hall and features a king bed and a smart tv. It has French doors leading out to the back yard pool area. The in suite bathroom is absolutely huge. Remodeled in 2020, it is the ultimate in luxury with a stand alone soaking tub, walk in shower and double vanities.

Bike paths are directly across from the house and put you on the path for five minutes to the beach, ten minutes to Harbour Town or ten minutes to South Beach. Centrally located, it is ideal! There is a bike rack by the garage. Sea Pines regulation ask that bikes be stored neatly on the property so we ask that you use the bike rack provided.

Parking for vacationing guests in Sea Pines is limited to driveway parking at vacation homes. Commercial vehicles (ie., vehicles that advertise a business) are not allowed to park overnight in a driveway without being covered. Our home is limited to 4 cars in the driveway.

Our home is managed by an island management service so you have local individuals to contact with questions or concerns. The management service provides towels and starter items like toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, etc. Bike rentals are available within walking distance of the home or you can call and reserve ahead of time and have the bikes delivered to the property.

The Town of Hilton Head Noise Ordinance is in effect from 10 pm to 7 am - please respect our neighbors and keep the noise level down in the backyard after 10 pm. Outdoor lights should also be turned off after 11 pm.

Restrictions: Sea Pines does not allow E-bikes, motorcycles, RV's or trailers of any kind on its property. Please keep this in mind when traveling to our home.
