Stayed Jun 28, 2025this house was honestly so great to us. We celebrated my brother‘s 21st birthday here and between the amazing pool and Jacuzzi, perfect lounge areas, a great grilling station and a fun garage with a pool table and darts honestly couldn’t get much better

Stayed Apr 5, 2025Unfortunately, this rental completely missed the mark on all the things we prioritize when traveling. We ended up staying just one night before booking a much cheaper—and significantly nicer—place nearby. While the owners refused to offer a refund, we decided to cut our losses and chalk it up to a lesson learned.It honestly baffles me how this property has so many 5-star reviews. Based on our experience, we can’t help but question their validity.Here’s what we encountered:1.Unusable Pool – The pool was murky, cloudy green, and clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned in some time. It was not even remotely usable upon arrival. The listing photos were completely misleading.2.Poor Lighting – The house was dimly lit throughout, with some rooms using strange colored bulbs instead of brighter, functional lighting. It added to an already gloomy atmosphere.3.Cluttered & Overdecorated – The interior felt chaotic and cluttered. It was clear the photos online were curated carefully because what we walked into did not match the images at all.4.Lack of Cleanliness – Several areas had clearly been skipped during cleaning. There were dead flies on window sills and grime near wall outlets and beds.5.Expired Pantry Items – While a stocked pantry might be a perk for some, it’s only helpful if the food isn’t expired. There was old food in multiple places, which felt careless.Bottom line: we wouldn’t recommend this property and suggest looking elsewhere.

Stayed Sep 13, 2024This property is fantastic. Great location, especially if you’re going to Cubs spring training, as Sloan Park is literally three minutes away! The backyard is just fantastic! We only had four adults total, but the backyard has so much space we easily could have had a lot more. The misters are amazing for the super hot days. We had one small issue the first day, and the property manager and owners were amazing, and got back to me super quickly. Wonderful customer service. Also, all of us agreed, the beds were fantastic and we all slept so well!! My only small complaint is that there is no door for the master bathroom, just a curtain. If you’re not one who needs privacy, it is no problem, but I would get up and use the outside bathroom often. (It is a very nice bathroom, it’s just slightly annoying in the middle of the night). All in all, we had an amazing stay and would definitely come back!!

Stayed Jun 21, 2024Property is spectacular, amazing, and relaxing. We all enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and outside seating entertaining areas. My wife enjoyed the shower in the master bathroom. My son enjoyed the pool table and dart board. My daughter loved the comfortable beds. Everything was well stocked the hosts were really thoughtful providing drinks in the fridge and toiletries in case you forgot something. There were also plenty of pool toys, outdoor corn hole, lawn janga, ladderball, and plenty of board games. They also responded immediately to questions we had. The property is also close to everything, resturants, grocery stores, malls, and movie theaters. We will stay here again.

Stayed May 17, 2024We had pur family come together and spend the weekend together away from and having fun. This place was the absolute best with the pool, hot tub, yard games, outdoor mister system, TV on back porch, and the music playing throghout the entire house and outside. My sister flew in from Ohio to spend the weekend with us, so she was amazed at the beauty Arizona has to offer, specially with this property. We had such a good time, we will remember this staycation forever! Also, they allowed us to extend our stay one more night because we were enjoying ourselves so much!
