This is one of our favorite homes to stay in while visiting Nampa. Tim is a great host to deal with.

Perfect house for your stay in Nampa. Clean and very well taken care of. Nice quiet neighborhood. The pool was closed for the season but would love to come back in a warmer season and take advantage of that.

The property was cleaned and well decorated throughout, which provided a warm and cozy atmosphere. The home is pet-friendly with a well layout backyard with a pool and a jacuzzi.

It was great, the pool was dirty but we still had a wonderful stay.

A very nice rental property, a nice quiet getaway with a nice pool are too relax. It’s newer property in a quiet neighborhood. Quick access to the greater Boise area.

This is a quiet very well kept newer development. The home is well furnished, with two bedrooms and baths on opposite sides of the home, so was very nice for privacy for each couple. The kitchen, dining and living room with large TV and comfy seating had a pleasant open floorplan. The home is very close to a long easy walking path leading to preserved natural areas, including a small lake that normally has many birds.

The place was great, we came to celebrate my daughter adopting her foster son. The place was very nice and we had a nice time celebrating our new addition. The oven didn't work, but we were able to use the microwave and the stove top.

Tim was great to work with and the house was absolutely fantastic! We will continue to stay in this home because it is one of our favorites to stay in. Thank you Tim!

Very comfortable and cozy place. The pool had a leak but it didn’t hinder our use of the pool. I would say down load you check in instructions. Cellular service is not good in this area. No fault of the owner.

We came out to see NPK at Firebird raceway and stayed at this great house! It was clean, relaxing and very accommodating. Kids loved the pool! Would recommend 100%!

This home was a perfect getaway! It was clean and well- maintained in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. My family enjoyed the pool and hot tub everyday! Communication with the owner was easy and smooth. Check-in/out was seamless. Would stay again!

Clean property with easy entry. Bike path nearby was used everyday as was pool. We will stay again to visit our daughter.

We loved our stay here! We were in town for a baseball tournament and this house was perfect. Pool came in handy to beat the heat! Very clean. Very comfortable! 10/10 will stay again!
