Backyard Bliss!! Perfect for Families! Heated Pool

Beautiful property. Hosts were very quick with communication and house was very well equipped, esp. kitchen supplies and cookware. Rooms were well sized. Backyard is as nice as the photos portray, good grill and pool area.

We had a wonderful week in East Hampton with our adult kids and friends over Labor Day. Kathi was great in her communication. We had a total of 7 people stay over a period of a week, and everyone loved the house and neighborhood. We enjoyed walking down in the morning to S&S Corner Store, sleeping in on lazy days. visiting the various beaches (including the bayside Clearwater), and short drives to Montauk and local restaurants. We’d recommend this place to our friends and family.

I can’t recommend this place enough! From the moment we contacted the owner (Kathi), everything was fantastic. The house was in the perfect location for everything we wanted to do - the pool, the bay beach, and the town beach were all super close. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a getaway in the Hamptons!

The host (Kathi) was easy to communicate with and extremely accommodating, ensuring the comfort of our family throughout our stay. The house is immaculate and fully stocked with everything your family would need. The yard and pool is lovely especially with all the blooms and birds. Bay beach close by. Perfect place to stay for a family!

We had a wonderful time at this property and enjoyed the pool, family dinners at the large table and a fun pasta making project during our one rainy day. The home is comfortable, welcoming and magical. Thank you Kathi and Tim for hosting us and for being so welcoming. It was a fabulous vacation in The Springs and Clearwater Beach is always special.

This was a great spot for our family vacation. Clean house with beachy decor, well stocked kitchen, amazing backyard with great pool. Lots of extras for family fun like bikes, outdoor ping pong, fire pit.

We loved this home, and enjoyed it so much. The house and yard are just stunning, and has everything for a perfect vacation. The backyard has a pool, hammock and lovely deck, and the owners have stocked the house with everything needed for a fun vacation. I walked to the private beach most days and found it so relaxing. We will definitely be back.

The house was perfect for our family reunion. We enjoyed the pool and bikes and location was great. Kathi was a great communicator and left a book that showed us everything we needed. Would definitely rent this again.
