Stayed Feb 15, 2024Great location and a great house overall. Went with a group of friends for a golf trip and we really enjoyed the house and you can’t beat the location. Very clean throughout both inside and outside. Only issue really and it was very minor and probably because I’m an old goat, the check in process can be tricky as I wasn’t sure whether to go through the app or the email link the management company sent. That was quickly solved though with a call to them. Very pleasant and understanding. Definitely would stay here again.

Stayed Sep 14, 2023The #DumpCrew had a great time in Scottsdale. We broke a couple course records. Crushed some brews and the huge pool party we threw was off the chain. 10/10 recommend if your not a poser.

Stayed Jan 23, 2023Everything was great. Only thing that could be improved were the mattresses in the bedrooms other than the Master. You can get nice comfortable memory foam mattresses on Amazon for less than $400.

Stayed Jan 27, 2023The location is great and the house was nice overall. We had some issues arise during our stay. The oven stopped working and needed a repairman to come address it. Wine fridge was also not working. Wifi also didn't work for most of one day, but it appears that might have been a neighborhood outage, and a technician came that day to see if he could help (he couldn't). Most concerning is that while the kitchen is nice, it was not appointed in the ways that I've come to expect at most short-rental homes I've stayed in. There was no dish soap or anything to clean dishes with, no dish towels to dry things with, absolutely no seasonings whatsoever (which are often left behind by previous users), no pot holders, and very, very few serving dishes, cookie sheets, and the like. We ended up having to go get a lot of things that the owners should have provided, from my experience. The owners were quick to respond when we reached out, but we shouldn't have had to reach out as often as we did, especially when the house is owned by a full time short-rental company rather than a private owner. I will need to think twice about staying again at a home owned by this company.

Stayed Dec 26, 2022Pro's -Location -Pool Table -# of rooms -# of beds -Kitchen Con's -Mattresses were awful, very thin and VERY squeaky -Furniture very worn. Springs were showing on couch, benches in dining room squeaky (we hoped they didn't break) -Disappointed with lack of any amenities. There was salt/pepper, but that is about it. (in other places we have stayed, there has been condiments, saran wrap...etc. Overall, the house was very worn. The place is in dire need of new furniture and mattresses.
