Home needs some work. Needs painting, new furniture in the living area and a new shower head in the master bath. Good location and very quiet. Could be a great place with some work.

Wonderful place for a family vacation. They even had beach chairs for us to use. Clean and comfortable. Will stay again.

Two things we noticed, there was only one roll of paper towel for the entire stay and only one trash bag in the kitchen. For the rental fee, more could be provided. Overall our stay was pleasant.

For us, being away from the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach was perfect. This location has very close places to eat and shop and you have access to the resort next door. We enjoyed our morning walks to get coffee and beach walks. Very clean property with absolutely no issues. Would high recommend.

We enjoyed our stay. The home is lovely, but the master bedroom mattress was much too firm for our liking. We did not enjoy the surprise requirements by the company that manages the property to complete our reservation. Having to provide drivers license and credit card pictures through non-encrypted messaging is not a safe way to handle bookings.

Great house for a family or golf getaway. Sleeps 6 comfortably and is really close to the pools and beach. Highly recommended.

The house was clean upon arrival. We liked that every bedroom had its own bathroom. It was about a 10 min walk to the beac and sometimes you could catch the shuttle if it was driving by you. I felt comfortable letting my kids walk around the development and down to the pool and beach without adults.

Very clean property and location was great! Walkable to the pool and beach area but we utilized the free shuttle pick up as well! We would 100% stay here again.

We loved the proximity to the beach and love the community in general. The house was clean. There was a pungent musty, mildewy smell that's very noticeable inside the home up entering. If that smell could be removed it would make the stay even better. Otherwise the home had everything we needed to make our stay fantastic.

The villa was very clean & location was very convenient . We had a couple of communication problems. #1 issue. We never received our code for property by 4pm Check In as instructed. Very inconvenient ! We still had a Great trip. Would stay here again.

Overall we were pleased with our stay in this home. We did have some trouble with the diahwasher not working, but property management was helpful in sorting that out and sending someone for repairs. Great location, not too far from the beach and pool areas.
