Awesome Missoula Home w/ Patio < 2 Mi to Downtown!

Clean, comfortable, well appointed, centrally located

Very clean and well stocked home. The property manager was the best, great communication. The only thing that would make it better would be a hot tub on the patio.

Our stay here was great. The house was very clean and everything worked as it should! Highly recommend.

Host was communicative and access was easy. Location was great. We stayed with our 2 toddlers - the house is not very toddler friendly (if they’re walking / busy). I read another review that stated the contrary. We spent most of our time outside of the house to try to avoid them getting into anything - thankfully that’s easy to do in Missoula, and there is a park nearby.

Very nice and well equipped home. Had little things like laundry soap and dryer sheets, which are so easy to provide but many hosts don’t. Home was very comfortable and as advertised. Great communication and very welcoming manager.

We adored this house. It was perfect for us and our two kids. The house has a cute patio to sit out in the morning and sip your coffee. We were working minutes to downtown and could walk to some of the local faves.

The Blue House was perfect to end our girl’s trip in Missoula. The house was clean, in a great location, and fully stocked with everything you might need.

This is one of the best VRBO we have stayed in.House was so clean! Showers and kitchen was great- there was even a cheese grater! Ashley was wonderful and super helpful and responsive via text message. Location was perfect for us in a quiet cute neighborhood. I searched for houses with AC but we had a cool weekend we didn’t even need to use the AC. The heated floor bathroom was very nice! The space was great with a full bathroom/bedroom upstairs and then kitchen/livingroom/full bathroom/bedroom downstairs with a large connecting closet to put your stuff. Washer and dryer were great! My daughter slept on the pull out couch. The only thing to be mindful of which is common sense is that if someone is sleeping on the couch in the living room- the dryer is loud if running at night, but you can’t hear it from inside the bedroom. Thank you Ashley for making our Missoula trip so easy and comfortable!

Delightful modern property in the Rose Neighborhood. Perfect for families, walking distance to Heart of Missoula and all the amazing amenities Missoula has to order. Don’t sleep on this great place!

The house is quiet and clean. It's either new construction or a very nice remodel. Check out was simple with a shorter list of cleaning than most. Next time in Missoula we will try to book this place again.

We came in fir Griz homecoming weekend. The house is nice, clean and in a quaint neighborhood. The listing is very accurate. We had two couples staying here and the house was perfect for us, enough separation for both couples to gave spae and enough common space for visiting. Overall a great experience. We didn't have any issues and didn't need to contact property manager.

The Blue House is brand new with all the latest in comfy beds, interior design, kitchen appliances, window coverings, landscaping, privacy on patio, etc. Missoula itself has great restaurants, free busses, free museums, and a unique university vibe. My husband and I loved this place and will return so we can visit our daughter and explore what's north of here.

We came to Missoula from Oregon for my daughter's baby shower (my 1st grandchild). This place was only 15 minutes away from her and was one of the best places I have stayed. We would recommend and would stay here again. Thank you so much!
